Chapter 321 Plan To Visit Blood Fang Base
Gacier wiped his mouth with a napkin before speaking.

“Sam knows the base is located in the older section of downtown,” Glacier said, his voice carrying the hardened weight of a survivalist. “The buildings there were built better, which is why it survived the mega tsunami. Plus, those older structures connect directly with the underground tunneling systems”
Briggs nodded grimly. “I know where that is.”
Glacier continued, his expression darkening. “Sam also said they have been running experiments down in those tunneling systems. With zombies and ability users.”
Everyone paused. The comforting, domestic hum of the open-air kitchen suddenly felt a world away. Caleb and Joanna exchanged a tense, knowing look.
“I thought we were able to derail them from that plan,” Joanna spoke up, her brow furrowing as she looked at Caleb.
Caleb nodded slowly, his jaw tight. “The objective is similar, even if Elliot is no longer in charge of the money.”
Glacier continued, his gaze shifting between Joanna and Caleb. “Sam’s main objective was to spy on me and see what ability users I had. They planned to recruit this city as another base, but I already knew they were looking for you and your team.”
Julian let electricity crackle over his knuckles, his voice dropping into a cold, lethal tone. “Elliot definitely knows I awakened electricity.”
Joanna spoke up, her expression hardening as she looked around at her team. “We are in this together. We all have scores to settle with Elliot and Jax. I think we should go to Eldon and try to find out the main players. I can teleport us, and we can hopefully hit their resources.”
Joanna stood up. “Glacier, you need to have your people start the wall on the southern sector.”
Caleb spoke up. “Several buildings are already destroyed from winter. Have the earth users and metal users start reconstructing the buildings as a wall. You only need to block it in two sections so vehicles can’t come on.”
Glacier nodded. “I have 30 men who can help on this.”
Joanna turned to Briggs. “Message Jake and Allen to drive down with our earth and metal users to help as well. Glacier, you need to start this now! I will put you out of the space.”
Glacier looked in her eyes. “Take me with you. I am a level 5 power user already. I can help in the fight.”
Joanna sighed. “If you trust someone to hold things down here, then fine. We leave in an hour.”
She turned to Will. “I want you to stay here and wait for Jake and Allen.”
Glacier chimed in, “That’s perfect, I can leave him with my men.”
With a wave of her hand, Joanna pulled Glacier and Will out of her space and back into his freezing office.

Chapter 321 Plan To Visit Blood Fang Base
“Let’s clean up and head out.”
Tew hours later, Joanna warped the group directly onto a deserted city block in Eldon. The sudden transition dropped them face-first into a brutal, suffocating reality.

The landscape was a grotesque monument to a double apocalypse. The city had been drowned by a mega tsunami, only for the worst winter in human history to flash-freeze the aftermath. Massive chunks of fractured highway and rusted, overturned cargo ships were wedged deep into the structures of shattered skyscrapers, held in place by thick sheets of jagged ice. Everything was buried under a heavy, oppressive blanket of gray snow that choked out any sign of life.
The air felt thin and fiercely bitter, scraping against their throats with every breath. The silence of the wasteland was absolute, broken only by the eerie, metallic groan of frozen steel shifting under the weight of the permafrost.
Looking out across the ruin, the devastation was total-except for one anomaly. Rising from the frozen debris like a fortress of dark stone, the oldest sector of downtown still stood. Its thick, century-old masonry and reinforced foundations had stubbornly resisted both the crushing weight of the water and the cracking pressure of the deep freeze. It was the only part of Eldon left intact, a grim island of brick and stone towering over a graveyard of ice.
The afternoon sun warmed up the highest points of the buildings, casting a sharp glare off the ice, but many parts of the lower streets were still frozen solid in deep shadow. Joanna teleported the group to the highest vantage point of a downtown building, but she purposefully kept everyone safely tucked inside her spatial paradise to avoid detection.
