Right at that moment, something happened.

Her agent was just as lost. Then she got a call from the higher–ups at the company.

After hanging up, she looked at Alexandra. “They want you to delete those two posts on X. If you don’t, it’s going to look really bad for you.”

Spreading rumors and defamation was illegal, and if it was true, Alexandra’s posts were now straight–up evidence against her.

Most people were just piling on in the comments, but Alexandra was the only one who tagged Alicia directly and called her out. As a public figure, that was a really bad look.

He looked just in his early twenties, but there was a steady, deep maturity about him that didn’t fit his age. He was hard to figure out.

He glanced at Alicia and motioned for her to sit. “Please, have a seat.”

Alicia nodded and sat down on the sofa across from him.

She looked at him with a meaningful smile. “Hi, long time no see.”

When Alicia was little, her grandpa used to treat Jason’s grandpa.

Jason wasn’t just from the powerful Farrell family. His father’s late wife was actually Nicolas’s aunt.
