Brayden's smile was unwavering as he stirred in his seat.

"Also… What will you do if Mr. Lawson Senior discovers his adopted son and granddaughter are dating? He'd be fuming. This is incest!

Angeline stared at his phone as he showed her the photos on his screen. There was one where she and Ned were facing each other in front of the police station, and there was another photo capturing him gazing at her from a distance when she left in the car after the birthday banquet. The third photo was taken today when they were talking in the cafe.

Lenny's expression changed drastically. He shot up.

"I'm sorry, Ms. Angeline. This is my fault. I didn't realize someone was stalking us."

"Of course you didn't. I was the one following y'all!"

Brayden flashed a triumphant smile.

"Ned wasn't willing to give up on you even when he lost his memory. Now that he has regained his memory, I'm sure you'll reignite that old spark with a breeze."

Angeline seemed unfazed.

She stared at Brayden and replied, "I'm not going to break up with Sean."

Ned expected this. He even seemed delighted as he leaned back against the couch.

"I knew it. That loser Ned is nothing compared to Shane. He's unattractive and incompetent. If I were you, I wouldn't leave Shane either."

Angeline was speechless. She didn't expect his infatuation with Sean. As she looked at his jovial demeanor, she wondered why he was here in the first place. She didn't know if he was here to brag about Sean or if he was here to convince her to break up with him.
