“Do you have business here?” one of them asked quietly as he approached.

“Tell Autunin Garcia to come out,” Isabella said, fury sharp in her voice.

Stephen Garcia might be the richest man in Skyline City, but Isabella felt no fear at all.

The Sinclairs were not as wealthy as the Garcias, yet their family had been rooted in Eastmere State for generations. They were tied to every sort of influence and network. The bodyguards exchanged looks. Their leader paused before asking, “May I have your name, Miss?”

“My last name is Sinclair,” Isabella said, her tone icy.

The two stunning women faced each other at the entrance, tension thick in the air. The bodyguards could only stare in shock.

Autumn lifted an eyebrow. “I truly don’t understand. Could you be a little clearer?”

“Damn it,” Isabella snapped. “Garcia, you gave away a house worth over 1,500,000 dollars just like that. What a grand gesture. I never expected the only daughter of the richest man to act so shamelessly, chasing after a married

man.”

“Oh, so that’s what this is about.” Realization dawned on Autumn’s face, followed by a light laugh. “Dominic is my sworn brother. He’s helped me a great deal, so I gave him a house. That seems normal enough. You’re making a fuss. Besides, don’t you dote on your own dear little brother? On top of his commission, you even gave him a personal bonus of 300,000 dollars in one go.”

Isabella’s expression shifted. “You investigated me?”
