She Chose Him Now She Wants Me Back novel Chapter 443

He had kept such a low profile that he was almost invisible from the beginning. Now he emerged without warning.

Neil’s face remained expressionless as he took his place at Zachary’s side.

Get out and lock the warehouse,Zachary ordered coldly.

The bodyguards moved at once. They hurried outside and slammed the warehouse doors shut.

Zachary turned back to Neil and gave a slight nod.

In the next second, Neil lifted his hand. A pitchblack handgun appeared in his right grip.

William’s family stared in horror, their eyes flying wide.

Three clean, decisive echoed.

Almost at the same instant, a bloody hole opened in the center of each of their foreheads. Their bodies went limp and collapsed to the concrete floor one after another.

Neil’s expression did not change after he killed them. He remained perfectly calm, as if he had done nothing more than complete a routine task.

Dominic’s eyes flickered with caution.

This man was no ordinary guard. The other day, when Dominic had gone to stir up trouble for the Grants, the situation would not have ended so easily if Neil had been present.

Then again, that figured. The Skyline City Grants stood shoulder to shoulder with the Sinclairs of Eastmere State. Families like that were never ordinary.

Neil, find someone to take the fall,Zachary said.

Neil nodded. Understood.

Just like that, William’s family was gone. They had brought it on themselves.

Zachary looked at Dominic. Mr. Fleming, we’re square now, aren’t we?

With Max slung over his shoulder, Dominic gave him a faint, mocking smile. You staged this little performance to make me owe you a favor. Logically, I should accept the gesture. But my friend is hurt. How do you plan to settle that?

He spoke plainly, without a trace of hesitation.

Zachary glanced at Max and clenched his jaw. I looked into him. He’s just one of your bodyguards.

Dominic shook his head. You still don’t understand. By the way, how’s Lydia doing?

Zachary fell silent.

Lately, Lydia had drawn intense scrutiny from multiple parties. He had not found an opportunity to make a move.

Dominic let out a quiet chuckle and turned toward the exit.

He had never been softhearted. The odds of him letting Zachary off the hook were virtually nonexistent. Besides, Zachary’s so- called goodwill had been calculated from the start.

A flicker of helplessness crossed Zachary’s face. He shot Oliver a look, hoping he would speak up as agreed before they arrived.

Oliver merely stroked his chin as he watched Dominic carry Max with ease. Damn. He doesn’t even look that built. How’s he so strong?

Zachary’s face darkened. He had orchestrated the entire scene and sacrificed three lives, yet he had gained nothing. Rage churned in his chest.

When Dominic reached the warehouse doors, Zachary could no longer hold back. Dominic. Stop right there.

The crisp sound of a gun being cocked cut through the air.

Dominic turned his head, and his pupils contracted sharply. Neil had aimed the handgun straight at him.

A shot rang out.

Neil’s handgun flew from his grasp. He clutched his bloodsoaked right hand and let out a muffled groan.

Everyone’s gaze snapped toward the source.

The masked woman standing beside Oliver had raised her left hand. A silver handgun gleamed in her grip.

She had fired the shot.

So cool,Dominic blurted.

The woman shot him a cool, indifferent glance.

Dominic, shut the hell up,Oliver snapped at once.

Zachary’s expression shifted dramatically. He had paid a steep price to bring Oliver here. He had not expected him to turn against him.

Dominic had nearly humiliated the Sinclair family, and Oliver still chose to back him?

Zachary ground his teeth. Sinclair, what exactly do you mean by this?
