She Was the Treasure All Along novel Chapter 909

"Parking around the school is going to be a nightmare today," Giselle noted as they pulled up.

"You two go on ahead. I'll park the car and catch up," Hank said, stopping near the entrance.

The moment Gigi hopped out of the car, she eagerly ran a few steps ahead, then spun around to wave at Hank. "You have to come, Sir! Hurry up! My class is by the field. I'll wait for you!"

Hank rolled down the window and flashed her a smile. "I'll be right there."

Giselle took Gigi's hand and walked through the kindergarten gates. The campus was already buzzing with energy.

The field was covered in colorful foam mats, with balloons and streamers tied to the fences. Teachers were frantically setting up obstacle courses and game props.

Parents were gathered in small groups, chatting, laughing, and snapping pictures of their kids.

Gigi's class was assigned to the east side of the field, where the teacher was taking attendance.

As Giselle walked over with her daughter, she immediately felt several unfriendly glares locking onto her.

She ignored them, crouching down to adjust the collar of Gigi's shirt. "Mommy is going to sit right over there," she pointed. "If you need anything, just come find me."

Gigi nodded, threw her arms around Giselle's neck for a quick kiss, and then ran off to join her classmates.
