Chapter 826 Dressing Up
“It’s supposed to be soft,” he said. His eyes grew darker, and his voice dropped a notch.
She immediately realized she’d overstepped. “But before, it always seemed hard.”
“That was just for show. Muscles are soft when you’re relaxed. They only get hard when you flex,” he explained.
“You knew?” she asked in a hushed tone.
“I knew.”

Claudia was a bit clumsy. She turned the belt around and tried again.
Harold waited patiently, guiding her through each step. “Next time, you’ll have to undo it yourself. Press here and it comes undone.” He demonstrated it once.
Claudia nodded, her face flushed. Her hands were shaking a little from nervousness.
Harold’s lips curled into a smile.
Standing in front of the mirror, Harold watched as Claudia tied his tie and tidied up his clothes. The whol room seemed to be filled with a warm, pink glow.
After getting him all dressed up, Claudia’s hands were sore.
Harold said, “You might have to take care of all this from now on.”
Claudia replied, “It’s no problem.”
He could tell that Claudia was opening up to him more. Before, she was that shy girl who hardly ever spoke up and didn’t even know how to voice her complaints.
Harold picked up his jacket and slung it over his arm. Then he took her hand.
“Do I need to do anything later?” Claudia looked up at him and asked.
Harold was filling in for Harvey that night.
“No, just show up. But there’s a business deal on the line, so I had to come,” Harold said as he pressed the elevator button.
The elevator descended. When the doors opened, Molly inside let out a yelp.
“Harold,” she said, her voice quivering. “Hi, Claudia.”
“Hello.” Claudia nodded at her.
They stepped into the elevator, and the doors closed.
“Molly, I’ve been looking all over for you!” As soon as Harold stepped in, he reached out and tweaked Molly’s ear.
“Ouch! That hurts!” Molly pleaded. “I’m sorry…”
“You’re sorry? What are you sorry for?!” Harold had been searching for her for ages.
Ever since the wedding dress got stained, Harold had been itching to get even with her, but Molly had vanished. No one knew where she was hiding.

He never thought he’d run into her here.
Molly had come because she thought Harvey would be there. She never expected it to be Haroldy
Claudia quickly tugged on Harold. “Okay, stop it…”
Harold let go. Molly covered her ear and cowered next to Claudia.
“I can explain!” Molly said, looking a bit sheepish. “I did some digging. That new intern stained the dress/ on purpose.”
