“Anything,” Benedict said without hesitation

Beatrice shook her head at his fast response. He didn’t even know what she was going to ask. This had to be the mate bond working, because he knew I on her good side would shine a more favourable light on him with Claire. “I want to know everything Hendricks has ever said about me.
