The Alpha's Chubby Obsession. novel Chapter 253

Book 2:Chapter 30-2

That night, though… that night changed everything.

I had finally started making friends-or so I thought. A group of girls who seemed kind, who

laughed at my jokes and invited me out. I believed they truly accepted me, the new girl with the

tragic past. I wanted so badly to belong.

But it was all a lie.

They lured me out to a place that was quiet, a place people don’t often visit, an abandoned playground. By the time I realized what was happening, it was too late.

They closed in around me in a tight circle, faces twisted with cruel amusement.

“You think because you’re new here and your uncle is Calisto, you’ll be treated differently?” Silvia, the one I had foolishly called my friend-sneered, her voice dripping with venom.

The others laughed, sharp and mocking.

“Well,” she continued, tilting her head to the side.

I followed her gaze instinctively.

From the shadows stepped two young werewolf men-broad-shouldered, eyes gleaming yellow in the moonlight. They moved to flank Silvia and the other girls, blocking any path of escape.

My instincts kicked in instantly.

Fangs lengthened in my mouth. My fingers curled and stretched into claws. My eyes flared bright, scanning every face, every movement.

Their laughter rang out again, sharp and cruel, mocking my fear and my defiance.

“You think you can fight all six of us?” one of the boys sneered, rubbing his hands together slowly, licking his lips like I was already prey.

“Don’t you dare come any closer,” I warned, voice shaking but steady enough to carry.

That only made them laugh harder.

Then one of the boys half-shifted-claws lengthening, eyes glowing feral and charged at me.

I didn’t back down.

I launched myself forward, swinging hard, and my claws raked across his face in a stinging slap. He staggered back, hand flying to his cheek, surprise flashing in his eyes. Clearly, he had expected

me to crumble.

“Oh, so you’re a fighter?” one of Silvia’s friends taunted, smirking.

Silvia’s expression darkened. “Seize her,” she ordered coldly.

And they did.

All of them half-shifted at once, fangs bared, eyes blazing-and they rushed me together.

There were too many.

I fought wildly, claws slashing, snarls tearing from my throat, but they overwhelmed me in seconds. Rough hands pinned my arms, twisted my wrists behind my back, forced me to my

knees.

“You bitch-you actually hit me!” the boy I’d struck snarled, and his palm cracked across my face, the sting exploding across my cheek.

“I’m going to have so much fun with you,” the other one growled, his voice thick with ugly promise.

They all laughed again, low and vicious.
