Book 2:Chapter 39-2

We lost ourselves for hours-bodies locked together, him buried so deep inside me I couldn’t tell where I ended and he began. I had no idea where the endurance came from, or how I kept matching every brutal, perfect rhythm he set. Yet somehow I did. Even now, as he took me from behind, I met him stroke for stroke.
His fingers dug into the soft flesh of my hips, nails biting just enough to sting as he drove into me, fast, deep, relentless-reaching that hidden place inside that pulled raw, animal sounds from my
throat.
It was overwhelming, almost punishing in its intensity, yet utterly addictive. Another climax was already coiling tight in my core, teetering right on the brink, desperate for release.
“I’m coming, Helio-I’m coming again,” I cried, voice trembling and breaking.
He slammed into that perfect spot one more time and everything shattered. My whole body convulsed, hips quaking uncontrollably as I screamed his name at the top of my lungs.
But I wasn’t alone in it.
A deep, guttural groan tore from him at the exact same moment. I felt the hot rush of him spilling inside me, thick, claiming, filling every inch, while my name spilled from his lips like a prayer.
“Idara… oh, Idara…” he shook violently inside of me.
My limbs turned to liquid. I collapsed forward onto the mattress, chest heaving, lungs burning for
air, every nerve still sparking.
I barely registered when he gathered me close, pulling my limp body against his chest. His lips brushed the crown of my head, then drifted down-soft kisses along my temple, my cheek, the curve of my shoulder.
“You were incredible,” he murmured against my skin. “So perfect.” he praised.
A tired, contented laugh slipped out of me, but my eyelids were already too heavy to keep open. I
was drifting, sinking fast into sleep.
Just before the darkness swallowed me completely, his voice came again-quiet, reverent, almost broken with feeling.
“I love you, Idara. God, I love you so much.”
The words settled deep inside my chest like the final piece of a puzzle clicking into place.
Yes.

Book 2 Chapter 39-2
I love him too. Even though I don’t know when.

The sharp brightness of the morning light dragged me out of sleep. I tried to shift, only to flinch as a deep ache rippled through every muscle. My body protested, loudly-so I gave up and simply lay there, blinking against the glare.
Last night had clearly pushed me past my limits. That wild, relentless sex… I’d matched him without hesitation, craving every brutal second of it. But now? Now my fragile human frame was. paying the price in full.
He, of course, would be fine. Speaking of which-
A faint scrape of chair legs against the floor made me tense. Someone had stood up.
Gathering what little strength I had left, I forced myself to turn toward the sound, even though my
spine screamed in complaint.
“Are you really that sore?” His voice was soft, threaded with real concern as he crossed the room
toward me.
And there he was-looking infuriatingly perfect. Fresh. Composed. Too put-together for someone who’d spent the night wrecking me in the best possible way.
As he drew closer, the clean scent hit me: soap, a hint of cologne, warm skin still carrying the faint steam of a recent shower. His hair was neat, damp at the ends, falling just so. Meanwhile, I lay here -a tangled, wrecked mess of sheets, sweat-dried skin, and bruises blooming in places I hadn’t
even noticed yet.
“Yes,” I admitted, voice rough. “Really, really sore.”
My hand instinctively pressed against my lower back as he eased down onto the edge of the mattress. His fingers brushed lightly over my bare shoulder-careful, almost reverent.
“I’m sorry,” he started, genuine regret in his tone. “I went too far.”
But his eyes… they told a different story. They roamed slowly over my body-the marks he’d left,
the way the sheet clung to my curves-and I caught the flicker there. Hunger. Still. After everything.
He wouldn’t dare. Not when I looked and felt like a roadkill.
“You should eat something,” he said, trying to sound practical.
I shook my head. “I need a bath. Scalding hot water. Preferably for an hour.”
A small, crooked smile curved his lips. “As you wish.”
He leaned in, pressing a tender kiss to my temple. The simple gesture made something soft
