The girls looked shocked and also confused at the same time, while the guy, he still looks high, I don’t think he even realises where he is or what’s happening.

“Ladies please excuse us.” I tell them and they don’t have to be told twice, they wrap the bed sheet around their body and they run out of the room.

“Hey man, what the hell are you doing in my room?” He snaps at me.

Yeah, high people usually don’t feel fear.

“I take it that you’re Doug?” I ask him.

“Who’s asking?” He scoffs at me.

“I am Alpha Samuel Bowers of Moon Shadow Pack and I am also the owner of this building.” I tell him and immediately I see the shock and fear in his eyes.

He looks around the room looking for an exit. “I would advice that whatever it is you’re thinking, you don’t do that.” I tell him.

But of course he’s high and clearly stupid, so he doesn’t listen.

He speeds off but I’m faster than him, I drag him back by his hand and then I kick both of his legs so hard that his bones break and he screams out in pain.

“I told you not to do that.” I tell him and he starts crying like a fucking baby.

“Now I’m going to ask you some questions and you better answer me or I’m going to break more bones. Do we understand each other?” I ask him and he nods his head so fast.

“Do you know a man by the name Jeremy Lancaster?” I ask him and he doesn’t talk so I step on one of his broken legs and he screams again.

“Yes I know Jeremy.” He says.

“Good you better know him because you’re clearly using his house as a sex dungeon.” I snap at him and he looks shocked.

“So when was the last time you saw Jeremy?” I ask him.

“I don’t know man, sometime last week, I’m not his keeper.” He snarls at me.

“Yes that’s true but you’re the one who introduced him to Nox Group.” I say to him and the fear on his face is almost comical. He even tries to crawl away and I just stare at him.

“You and I both know that you can’t outrun me even with two good legs.” I say to him as I go and stand in

front of the door.

“Speak now and I’ll let you keep your head.” I tell him and then I hear Natalie let out a gasp.

I look up at her and I see the fear in her eyes, I mean everyone knows that I have a reputation of being ruthless, but then it’s one thing to know it and it’s another thing to actually witness it

But she needs to see this part of me, this is who I am, I don’t have mercy on anyone trying to mess with me or my family, I defend the ones that I love and she’s about to become one of those people.

“You should start talking Doug, if not he will make good on that promise.” Natalie tells him and those words make me smile.

“Fine, but you didn’t hear it from me.” He says and he looks at me so I finally nod my head.

“There’s this guy, I don’t know his real name, he calls himself the boss. He usually has all these odd jobs and deliveries for me but then a few months ago he came to me and said that he scored this big job and all I had to do was get some guys to come to him and I would get a thousand dollars for each guy that I brought. I mean at first I thought that it was too good to be true, but then I got someone for him and he handed me a thousand dollars in cash right then and there.

Then a couple of weeks later I run into Jeremy, I mean I knew him from school and also the pack and he looked down on his luck, I asked him what was wrong and he finally opened up to me and he told me everything that was going on, so I told him about the boss and I introduced them.

After that I didn’t hear from him for weeks and then I run into him at the hotel where he buys me lunch to thank me for helping him and then he tells me the huge amount of money that he’s making and how he’s going to get an apartment the next day and I could stay with him if I wanted to.

I mean I was happy for him and I gladly accepted his invitation but at the same time I was also pissed the boss. Because here Jeremy was making this huge amount of money and I was getting peanuts.

So I went and I confronted him and he said that he didn’t want me to have anything to do with the experiments and that he was going to increase my pay and then he gave me a very scary warning that if I valued my life, I should stay away from that company. Now the boss might not be a good person but I trust him. So I took his warning and I left.”

“So you didn’t think that it was a good idea to give Jeremy the same warning?” I ask him and he doesn’t say anything so I guess that’s my answer.

“So, where can I find the boss?” I ask him and because I’m already so pissed and he doesn’t answer me immediately, I disconnect one of his hands from it’s socket.

“Answer me or I take the other hand.” I snap at him.

“Fine man, he stays at the abandoned park of Washington street.” He says and then I let go of his hand and he collapses on the ground groaning in pain.

“You have an hour to vacate this apartment.” I growl at him and then I take Natalie’s hand and we leave.
