PRESENT
Alessa walked out of the elevator with Tracy. They arrived at the hotel where they would be staying while in Mexico.
Thane was standing in the hallway waiting for them. Tracy felt uncomfortable seeing him.
They got to him and he bowed a little to Alessa.
“Here is your key card, ma’am,” he said and handed it to Alessa.
“Thank you,” Alessa replied and walked into the suite immediately leaving Tracy.
“Hey, what about… “
“You have yours.” Thane cut her off and stretched it to her, Tracy stared down at it and slowly took it from him.
She looked at Thane and he looked away from her before walking away. Tracy bit her lip and thought about talking to him.
How would she explain what he saw at the ball? It was exactly what it looked like!
Tracy exhaled heavily before walking into the room.

Alessa brushed down her hair as she stared at the mirror. It was noon and she was ready to begin the job she had come to Mexico for. It wasn't something easy but she had done worse.
After being satisfied with her look, she picked up the file Diablo gave her last night and checked what was in it.
There were details and pictures of three different men. She went through the first details and stared at the man’s picture. He was her first target.
“I wonder what you guys did to Damien,” she mumbled and shook her head.
The door to her suite opened and Tracy walked in. She ran her eyes over Alessa’s dress then stared down at hers.
“Why are you dressed normally when you asked me to dress like a whore?” Tracy asked and Alessa didn't give a response.
Instead, she walked to the bed and picked up a long leather jacket, she threw it at Tracy and she caught it.
“Come. I am not going to explain this twice.” Alessa ordered and Tracy walked closer to her and she put on the jacket.
“Here, you are going to meet this man,” she said and handed him the picture. She kept the pictures of the two men left in the file so Tracy couldn't see them.
“Eww, he is so big and ugly.” Tracy groaned.
“Really? He is not your type? That's a shame, you are going to seduce him.” Alessa said and Tracy’s eyes widened.
“No, I am not doing that,” Tracy replied as she shook her head.
“Yes, you are. I will pay you.”
“I’m rich. I… Hold on, how much?” Tracy asked. She was so curious to know how much Alessa makes from her job.
“Your price?” Alessa asked back. She was about to call an amount but paused when she thought about something else.
She smiled and shook her head a little.
“I won't mention my price now, I will later.” she smiled and Alessa rolled her eyes.
“Whatever. Listen. You are to meet this man in twenty minutes at a hotel, I will go with you but I will be at the lobby in the hotel in case anything goes wrong.”
“Will something go wrong?” Tracy asked Alessa, raising her brows but she ignored the question.
“Shouldn't I take a weapon or something?” Tracy asked.
“Oh, you don't need to. It's completely safe.” Alessa replied with a smile and Tracy nodded.
They both walked out of the car and headed into the hotel.
“You are here to see Mr. Norman. That's all you need to know.” Alessa replied and walked away from her. She took a seat in the lobby and pulled out her phone.
Tracy exhaled heavily and walked to the counter. She smiled as she got to it.
“Good afternoon ma’am. How can I help you?” The lady behind the counter asked.
“I am here to see Mr. Norman. He is expecting me.” Tracy replied with a smile and she nodded.
“A second please,” she replied and picked up the telephone.
Tracy looked around and bit her lip nervously. She glanced at Alessa who wasn't even paying attention to her.
“Ma’am.” the lady called and Tracy turned to her.
“He is in room 305 on the third floor,” she said and Tracy smiled.
“Thank you,” Tracy replied and walked towards the elevator. She exhaled heavily as she got in and pressed the button for the third floor.
She waited and tapped her feet repeatedly as she breathed nervously. The elevator doors finally opened and she stepped out.
She froze as she saw the hallway filled with huge men dressed in suits. Tracy’s hand trembled in fear and she gulped as they all turned to her.
‘Is this what being bait means?’
