After the launch event, Celeste and Matthias returned to YodaVision for a meeting in the afternoon.
In the conference room, the engineers of YodaVision immediately cheered excitedly when they saw Celeste.
They had already heard about what happened at the Velotra launch event.
Among the team, they were the ones who had the most direct work interactions with Celeste. So, they had already known she was impressive.
But after watching the launch event, they realized she was even more remarkable than they had imagined.
Seeing everyone congratulating her, Celeste smiled and said, "Thank you, everyone."
The room stayed lively for another two to three minutes before they officially began the meeting.
In the conference room, Kieran silently watched Celeste.
During this period, he had tried several times to ask her out, but since she'd been busy, they had never managed to meet.
He had been planning to find another opportunity in the next few days, but now…
As he often found excuses to approach Celeste and ask her technical questions, he thought he already had a solid grasp of her capabilities.
But just like the other engineers at YodaVision, it wasn't until today that he realized Celeste was far more brilliant than he'd thought.
For someone as exceptional and dazzling as Celeste—was he truly worthy of her as he was now?
Especially when, despite all their recent interactions, it was clear she had never seen him in that way.
Thinking this, Kieran slowly withdrew his gaze.
After the meeting, Celeste walked out of the conference room and was about to head back to her office when Kieran caught up to her to congratulate her privately. "I watched the Velotra launch. Congratulations."
Celeste smiled and answered, "Thank you."
They had had dinner the night before, and Leroy had mentioned he would be coming to InnovaTech this morning to discuss a potential partnership.
It was already past ten, so she assumed he should have arrived.
"Um... Mr. Gibbs' secretary just called and said he's decided not to consider a partnership with InnovaTech for now, so..."
Wynn paused, and a sudden realization flashed through her mind. "I understand. You may go."
But the secretary didn't leave. Instead, she looked at Wynn and added, "Just now, Mr. Watts' and Mr. Simmons' secretaries also called. They said they need to reconsider the partnerships they were previously discussing with us..."
Although Wynn had anticipated that InnovaTech's position would be negatively affected after the Velotra launch, she didn't expect the partnerships that were already in negotiations—some nearly finalized—to be shaken this quickly.
Thinking of this, and of the two to three hundred million dollars she had just invested to accelerate the project timeline, her face darkened.
After a long pause, she finally managed to steady herself and said, "Got it. You can leave now."

The readers' comments on the novel: The Breaking Point of Love (Celeste and Trevor)
Did Trevor shut down the internet? If he does it, he's truly the biggest whore I've ever seen in my life... This guy raised my blood pressure throughout 800 chapters...
ok im done im not reading this trash anymore its repetitive celeste finally speaks and its less than 5 words.this isn't good at all and now we're getting the netizens pov but not hers. EVERYBODY HAS AN OPINION EXCEPT HER AND TREVOR...
I’m not liking where this is headed.. I’m getting the sense that the author is following the revenging husband storyline and Trevor did all this just to avenge his wife...
Isn't this a company that Celeste and Matthias work for? This will be a fatal blow to those scoundrels....
I'm so excited for tomorrow! I wonder what happened to Jo... What is the story behind that court summons?...
A court summons? Oh my God, what happened?...
Here we go again…drip-drop. One page a day instead of the promised 5 Chapters and even that stops suddenly so we never know if the story will advance. I swear this author is writing the new page on their lunch break and laughing at us when we get frustrated....
I feel like reading the novel from everyone else's perspective, but the main characters. There has never been a glimpse on Trevor's side of thoughts or intentions. He feels like a ghost in this whole storyline. Although i am glad that Mathias revealed the truth about Celeste, but it still feels empty without main character's thoughts or feelings or voices being shared....
Wynn's reputation is over. I read all these chapters for this moment... I'm really glad that Matthias finally said everything at once. All thanks to the fool Quinton...
So we're going to keep going in circles atp, nothing was revealed that we didn't already know,I mean I would've at least liked to see Trevor's reaction to finding out his wife is the co-owner and coder to CUAP,find out who drugged them.Whats happening with the military blacksite, how come Celeste is so quiet she never stands up for herself. All we're getting is reaction's from side character's who don't matter...
