"This..." Everyone at the scene stared at each other, stunned.
Lazarus had suspected that Trevor was interested in Celeste, but he didn't expect Trevor to be this openly... forward.
He cleared his throat and tried to remind him politely, "Then we'll trouble you, Mr. Fleming. Ms. Rodriguez is quite close to one of the female engineers from YodaVision. Maybe... She could go up with you to look after Ms. Rodriguez?"
The other YodaVision staff immediately nodded frantically. "Yes, Mr. Fleming, maybe—"
"No need. If you're worried, you can inform Mr. Yoder," Trevor looked at the YodaVision staff and said.
With that, he said nothing more. Holding the unconscious Celeste, he turned and left.
The YodaVision team froze for a moment. They honestly didn't understand what he meant.
But with something this serious, of course, they had to report it to Matthias.
Someone immediately contacted him, stumbling through the explanation.
Hearing it, Matthias clenched his teeth hard, but he still replied calmly, "I've already arranged someone to receive Cel. Nothing you're worried about will happen. Don't panic."
Only then did the caller sigh in relief.
The others, though still confused, finally relaxed.
Meanwhile, Trevor walked straight into the elevator with Celeste in his arms.
And that scene was clearly seen by Linda and her family.
Watching Trevor carry Celeste in front of everyone and send her upstairs, looking like he genuinely cared about her, Linda and the rest of the Shaws didn't think much of it.
After all, Celeste was his wife. Even if they were getting divorced, now that she was drunk, it wasn't a big deal for him to send her back to her room.
Patricia and the others greeted him politely. "Mr. Collins."
Jacob nodded. Before he could speak, Ruby suddenly remembered something and asked, "Where's Trevor?"
Jacob paused, then said, "Mr. Fleming... is still in the room."
The others immediately understood what he meant. They all stiffened.
Linda reacted the fastest. "You—you're saying Trev hasn't come out since he sent that bitch upstairs?"
Jacob nodded, but after thinking for a moment, he added, "This doesn't necessarily mean anything."

This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
