Lincoln smiled warmly and was the first to speak. "Cel is here too? It's been a long time."
Celeste nodded. Because Jordyn was present, she hesitated for a second before calling out softly, "Father."
Lincoln smiled and nodded. "There are so many people standing here, we're blocking the way. Let's go inside and talk."
Celeste nodded. Just as she was hesitating, Jordyn grabbed her hand and pulled her forward. "Mom, let's go."
Once they reached the private room and took their seats, Lincoln continued, "Cel, I heard you're doing quite well at YodaVision now. Congratulations."
"Thank you," Celeste replied.
As soon as she finished speaking, Trevor naturally sat down in the seat beside her.
Celeste slightly turned her head and pretended not to notice.
The Fleming family was actually quite curious about why Celeste had come today and what her current situation with Trevor was, but no one asked.
Besides that, there had been plenty of rumors in their circle about Celeste and Matthias.
Since Lincoln knew she was now working at YodaVision, he must have heard something about the two of them as well.
Even so, he didn't ask.
Lincoln and Trevor didn't keep in close contact in daily life, but they both had a fair understanding of each other's work developments.
Soon, they began talking about work-related matters, with Teagan and Queenie occasionally joining in.
Celeste heard bits and pieces of what they were discussing, but she didn't interject.
Martha had long stopped involving herself in such matters and couldn't be bothered to join in. Smiling, she picked up food for Celeste. "Cel, are you still very busy with work lately? Look at you—you've lost weight again."
She then asked, "Have you decided on your holiday schedule for this year?"
After dinner, in the parking lot, Celeste said, "Grandma, Father, I still have work to take care of, so I'll head off first."
Martha and Lincoln nodded and watched her leave before getting into their cars one after another.
None of them noticed that someone was watching them leave, eyes filled with shock and keen interest in the gossip.
After Trevor got into his car, that person sent a photo to the group chat and tagged him.
Trevor saw the photo Miles sent to the group, but didn't respond.
Wynn and Beck also saw the message in the group soon after.

I love the story bt really death slow... Y cant you post 5 to 10 chapters per day????...
This reads like a daily diary account...and not a story with a planned plotline. Author, we would share if you took the time to start developing the story, rather than dragging it out with outlines. no depth, no character development, not even the overused tropes are present, just a daily itinerary. We want you to do well..but you have to put the work in making it a viable story...
The storyline is moving painfully slow.. Will we ever get to hear Trevor's side of story? Currently the mixed signals from Trevor are just confusing and frustrating. He is using Jordyn to postpone the divorce and side by side ignoring Wynn to the level that he didnt invite her to the Fleming group banquet. But when asked about clarifying divorce to Jordyn, he is not doing so. Awfully frustrating...
Team beck or Caleb. Trevor has wynn saved his contact as 'babe', kissing her in office and spending nights with her. How in initial chapters Trevor pushed jordyn towards wynn without caring about a mother's feelings. Now he is two timing, suddenly interested in Celeste after knowing background and leaving wynnn behind. Spineless man. He knows cels history with her father, still chose to support them. I don't how people are rooting for cel and Trevor. I wish truth comes out. Cel deserves someone who loves her with whole heart. She thrives in her field. Beck saw cel when she was not famous. But Caleb is good option too. I hope Celeste grows spine starts to demand explaination for dragging divorce....
Author - dont you think the story has been dragged as is? Now, you want to include the angle of Wynn being pregnant as well? God, i really want to know Trevor side of story, why is he playing both sides?...
Are they going to compromise for Jordyns sake? I'll be sad for Celeste if that happens. Why is author giving mixed signals in almost every alternate chapter? Initially Trevor and Wynn were always appearing together along with huge PDA, then Trevor seems involved with Celeste - when she was under alcohol influence, then Trevor seemed to be ignoring Wynn - all the while divorce proceedings are still on and now Jordyn is getting depressed because of their situation. Feels like we are just roaming around the bush or the author is making us do that. Sigh!!...
I don't understand where this story is headed to.. I can't seem to know what Trevor is thinking, in late 500 chapters, he was seen dodging the divorce, ignoring Wynn and now at 624, he is planning on how to tell Jordyn about the divorce. This is messed up!...
