Bob muttered, almost to himself, “That’s… that’s it?” Then his eyes lit up with desperate hope. “Damian, if I win back the five million dollars with interest, I can pay you back. Then I can buy her contract back, right?”

“Of course. Absolutely.” Damian’s smile didn’t waver.

The woman nodded. “Yes.”

Damian’s gaze turned cool and calculating. “Have someone greet them. Feel them out. I’ll be out in a minute.”

“Yes.” She turned and walked out.

Stefan walked into the casino with Korbin by his side.

He’d never have found this place on his own. And even if he had, getting in wouldn’t have been easy.

But with Korbin, it was different. Being a branch leader for the Tiger Head Society carried some weight.
