It was Damian’s underground casino, after all. The dealers could always rig the games if they wanted to.

“Three sixes. He actually hit three sixes. That’s… That’s a hundred fifty times payout,” Bob muttered to himself, eyes wide and gleaming.

His face was flushed with excitement, like he was the one who’d placed the bet.

Damian’s face darkened. He stared at the three sixes on the dice, looking like a beast on the verge of snapping.

“Oh my god…” Zora gasped.

She couldn’t believe it. Her eyes darted from the dice on the table to Stefan. For a second, she couldn’t tell if this was luck or if Stefan was cheating.

Stefan, though, stayed calm. He didn’t seem surprised at all.

Cheating? He wasn’t cheating.

Sure, he could use true energy to quietly change the dice however he wanted. He could make any number appear.

But that would be pointless.

It wouldn’t crush his opponents completely.

Stefan knew Yasmin could see the dice after she shook the cup. If he used true energy to change them, she’d know the second the cup lifted.

Even if she couldn’t prove it, she’d never accept the loss.

Stefan wanted to beat them fair and square. He wanted them to roll a specific number-like those three sixes-and watch him bet on it. He wanted them to try every dirty trick they knew to stop it, to change the outcome.

And he wanted them to fail. So when that cup lifted, they’d have no choice but to swallow their defeat.

Damian and Yasmin-can they accuse me of cheating?

No way.

Yasmin herself had rolled those three sixes. You roll it, I bet on it-how can you call that cheating?

And if you can’t change the outcome with your little tricks? That’s your problem.

So Damian and Yasmin had to accept it. They had to choke down their rage and humiliation.

“Mr. Bryant, you’re really on a lucky streak,” Damian said, forcing a smile.

At first, he was planning to leave, but now he definitely wasn’t going anywhere.

Losing a hundred and fifty million dollars in one round? That had never happened in this casino.

Damian wasn’t about to take that hit quietly.

“Damian, as I said before, your gambling den has so much money; I’m definitely going to take what I can get,” Stefan said with a lazy grin.

Damian kept smiling, but the cold fury in his eyes was impossible to miss. A dangerous, bloody aura radiated from him.

Korbin tensed. He knew Stefan could handle himself.

But Stefan was playing the role of a rich young heir. So when Damian let that threat hang in the air, Korbin had to step up.

“Damian, in this business-any business-it’s all about the rules,” Korbin said, narrowing his eyes at Damian. “Don’t you think?”

Damian burst out laughing. “Korbin, you are absolutely right. Rules are everything.”

He paused, his gaze hardening as he locked eyes with Stefan. “So, Mr. Bryant, care to keep playing?”

“Why not?” Stefan flashed a grin. “With such a great opportunity, why stop now?”

His words hung in the air, bold and shameless. It was as if he’d announced he planned to fleece Damian dry.

Damian laughed again, “Well, Mr. Bryant, I’ve got plenty of money in this casino. The real question is-can your luck hold out?”

There was an edge to his voice now. The mask was slipping.

After all, Stefan had just bet on three sixes. To others, it seemed like pure luck, but that wasn’t
