Victoria didn’t know where this woman had come from or why she was suddenly hanging around her brother. But she wasn’t about to back down. She crossed her arms and gave a cold smile. “What if I don’t leave?”
Hanna lifted her chin. “Then I’ll have you thrown out.”
“You wouldn’t dare.”
“Why wouldn’t I?” Hanna called out, her voice ringing through the room. “Security!”
A group of security guards in black uniforms hurried over, bowing their heads.
Victoria’s glare grew even icier. Clearly, everyone in this company respected Hanna. No wonder Lilly had broken things off with her brother. If she were in Lilly’s position, she probably couldn’t have handled it either.
Hanna pointed at Victoria. “She’s here to cause trouble. Get her out of here.”
“Yes, ma’am.” Two guards stepped forward and grabbed Victoria by the arms.
She struggled, trying to shake them off. “Let me go! Do you even know who I am to Jason?”
Hanna scoffed. “Just another woman trying to get Jason’s attention. As long as I’m here, you won’t even get a chance to see him.”
Victoria shot her a look. “Don’t get too comfortable. Once you find out who I am, you won’t be talking like that.”
Hanna rolled her eyes, not interested in arguing. She didn’t want any pretty girls getting close to Jason. She waved her hand. “Get her out!”
“Yes, ma’am.” The guards started dragging Victoria toward the exit.
She fought back, her voice rising. “Let go of me! Don’t touch me! You’ll regret this!”
Just then, someone walked in from outside. “Stop!”
Victoria looked up, hope flickering in her chest. It was Frank.
Frank hadn’t seen her face yet. He turned to Hanna. “Hanna, what’s going on here?”
