Staring at the girl in front of her, the smile on Sylvie Sutton's face instantly froze.
Nova Donald?
Was the girl standing in front of her really Nova?
"What's wrong? Aren't you going to invite me in?"
Nova glanced inside. Seeing that both Sylvie and Tina Jacobs were entirely speechless, she simply took the initiative, rolling her sleek suitcase right past them.
By the time Sylvie and Tina finally processed what was happening, Nova had already breezed into the living room.
The guys in the class had just been laughing and joking around, but when they looked up, they were greeted by the sight of a gorgeous girl with long legs and a radiant complexion walking in with her luggage.
A few of them practically stared until their jaws dropped.
When did their class get someone this stunning?
"Nova, you..."
Sylvie chased after her into the room. Hearing Sylvie call this breathtaking beauty by that name, someone gasped in disbelief. "Nova? You're saying this is Nova?"
"You've gotta be kidding me. How could that be Nova?"
At first, no one in the class believed it. But as they scrutinized her face, they realized her features did hold a faint resemblance to the girl they once knew.
In the past, Nova had carried a lot of extra weight, which had completely obscured her features and made her look incredibly plain. Now, not only did she have a sharp, sculpted jawline, but her large, expressive eyes were vibrant and alluring, and her plump, rosy lips added a touch of irresistible charm.
"Nova... is that really you?"
"Nova, did you go get plastic surgery or something?"
Previously, the classmates had zero interest in her. Coupled with her withdrawn personality, she hadn't had any real friends. Seeing her successful transformation now, every single face in the room was painted with absolute awe.
Sylvie was the only one whose expression looked thoroughly miserable.
