I entered the corridor, and power rolled off me in waves. These Hunters have studied supernatural beings, tortured us, and tried to harvest us.

Time to show them what seventh–generation power really meant.

“Leave my students alone.”

They turned, weapons raised. I didn’t give them time to fire.

Bond severance. Emotional manipulation. Raw Alpha command backed by Daughter gifts.

They dropped, unconscious, their minds overwhelmed by power they had no defense against.

Lily and Simone collapsed in relief. “Thank you, Alpha.”

“Get to the bunker. Now,” I turned to Katherine. “How’s Marcus holding up?”

“Barely. The western wall.”

An explosion rocked the building. Through the windows, I saw the western wall collapse completely.

Hunters poured through.

This was it. The moment that would determine whether we survive.

I reached through pack bonds, connecting to every wolf fighting. “All warriors, fall back to the Pack House. Defensive circle, protect the wounded!”

They obeyed instantly, my Alpha command absolute. Warriors retreated, forming a protective ring around the Pack House.

The Hunters advanced, sensing victory.

“Now,” I whispered, and released the power I’d been building.

Every bond in Crescent Moon flared simultaneously. Pack bonds, mate bonds, the connections that made

T us stronger together. I channeled power through all of them, making every wolf temporarily stronger,

faster, and more resilient.

The tide turned.

Wolves surged forward with renewed strength. Lucas’s warriors retook the eastern wall. Marcus led a devastating counterattack on the west.

The Hunters, suddenly facing enemies they couldn’t break, began to retreat.

“Don’t let them escape,” I commanded. “We need prisoners. Information. Proof of what they’ve done.”

Katherine and Elena led the pursuit, taking down fleeing Hunters. Within twenty minutes, it was over

Seventeen Hunters were captured. Twenty–three dead. The rest had fled into the forest.

Episode 35-4

We’d won.

But the cost…

I looked around at the burning Pack House, the wounded wolves, the destruction.

And felt liquid warmth running down my legs.

“Sera?” Katherine was at my side instantly. “Oh gods. Your water just broke.”

“That’s… not ideal timing.”

“You need a hospital. Now.”

“Can’t. Hospitals ask questions. Human medical care won’t.” Another contraction hit, harder than the pain during the battle. “How far apart are contractions?”

“You’ve been having them for how long?”

“Since Seattle. Maybe longer.” I leaned against her. “Katherine, I can’t leave. The pack needs.”

“The pack needs their Alpha alive. Marcus can handle cleanup.” She was already pulling out her phone. “Dr. Moira, we need you at the medical wing immediately. Alpha Sera’s in labor, premature, and there are complications.”

As she made the call, I looked out at my battered pack. At the students who’d fought so bravely. At the warriors who’d held the line.

We’d survived.

But Adrian was still in Seattle, facing Pierce alone.

And I was about to give birth three months early.

Maya’s prophecy. Both paths are converging into one terrible moment.

“Tell Marcus he’s in charge,” I said as Katherine helped me toward the medical wing. “And tell him to send someone back to Seattle. Adrian needs help.”

“Already done. Diana’s warriors are en route.”

Another contraction. Stronger. The world swam.

“Katherine, I can’t feel my daughter moving.”

Her face went pale. “We’re getting you to Dr. Moira now. Hold on, Sera. Just hold on.”
