Inferno III
Caleb didn’t give her time to recover.
He rose above her, his body covering hers, and she felt the heat of him pressing against her
entrance. She looked up at him-at the hunger in his eyes, the tension in his jaw, the way his arms
trembled with the effort of restraint-and her breath caught.
“I need you,” he said, his voice strained. “I need to be inside you. I need to feel you around me. I need-”
“Then take me,” she whispered.
He pushed inside her.
The sensation was overwhelming-the stretch, the fullness, the way he filled every empty space inside her. Iva cried out, her nails digging into his shoulders, her legs wrapping around his waist to pull him deeper, forgetting any hesitation, any shame.
She was unhinged.
Caleb paused, his forehead pressed against hers, his breath coming in ragged gasps.
“I’m trying to be gentle,” he said through gritted teeth. “But you feel so good. So perfect. I don’t know how long I can-”
“Don’t be gentle,” she interrupted. “I don’t want gentle. I want you. All of you. I am burning so bad… everywhere.”
His control snapped.
He drove into her with a force that made the bed shudder, and Iva screamed-not in pain, but in pleasure. He moved inside her with a desperate rhythm, each thrust deep and demanding, claiming her in a way that left no room for doubt.
“Mine,” Chaos howled in his mind. “Ours. Forever. Never let her go.”
Caleb couldn’t respond. His mind was consumed by her-the scent of her, the feel of her, the way her body responded to his touch. Every thrust brought him closer to the edge, but he held back, determined to make this last.
He shifted his angle, and she gasped, her nails raking down his back.
“Yes,” she cried. “Right there. Don’t stop.”
He didn’t stop.
The heat inside her was different now-no longer a desperate, aching need, but a fire of pleasure that built with each movement. She matched his rhythm, her hips rising to meet his, and they oved together like they had done this a thousand times before.
He turned her onto her side, lifting her leg to change the angle, and drove into her from behind. The new position sent him deeper, hitting a spot that made her sob with pleasure.
“Yes,” she cried. “Oh, Goddess, yes!”
Caleb groaned, his hands gripping her hips.
“Say my name,” he demanded. “Say it. I want to hear you.”
“Caleb,” she moaned. “Caleb. Caleb. Caleb-”
His name was a prayer on her lips, and it echoed with a strange intimacy, a remembering that she couldn’t quite grasp but somehow understood. Something was snapping inside her a wall, a
barrier that had separated her from him.
He flipped her onto her back again, wanting to see her face as they finished. He wanted to watch her eyes as she came apart.
The bond surged between them, brighter and more powerful than ever before. And to her shock, she could feel his desire, his love, his desperate need to claim her completely.
And beneath it all, she could feel his fear-the terror of losing her again, of watching her slip through his fingers once more.
“I’m here,” she gasped. “I’m not going anywhere.”
Something in his expression shattered.
