In just one single day.
Stella had launched a scorched-earth campaign against both the Sinclairs and the Channings, leaving them with no room to breathe.
It was an entirely one-sided massacre...
The Sinclair Manor was emptied, Xander was kidnapped, the Sloane residence was turned upside down.
Westside Heights was sold, the Sinclairs' overseas projects were spontaneously failing, and Lawrence was trapped in emergency board meetings all night.
Every single disaster converged perfectly on the first day of her return!
Blue Tide Bistro.
Stella leaned back lazily on the plush sofa, enjoying a slice of cake and savoring the quiet afternoon.
Holly set down her coffee cup. "You move fast. From yesterday to today, you've already torn them to shreds?"
On the phone last night, Holly had been genuinely worried that Stella wouldn't be able to handle both families at once.
After all, she had been a pathetic pushover at the Sinclairs for three solid years.
But just a moment ago, Stella nonchalantly mentioned... she had stripped the Sinclair estate and kidnapped Xander!
Stella replied, "They're just a bunch of losers. Does taking out the trash really require any technical skill?"
Or was she supposed to hesitate for a few seconds?
Holly was speechless. "..."
Uh, did she even hear what she was saying?
Sure, it wasn't a technical skill, but she was going up against both the Sinclairs and the Channings at the same time, and she was entirely alone.
Holly offered, "Are you sure you don't want my brother to secretly—?"
"No need."
Stella cut her off before she could even finish the sentence.
She genuinely didn't need it!
Given the sheer amount of rage bubbling in her chest, she only wanted to rip them apart with her own two hands.
"You're impossible..."
Seeing Stella reject her help yet again, Holly had to issue a warning.
"The news of you emptying the Sinclair Manor has spread everywhere. Their reputation is ruined. They're going to use desperate measures to bite back at you."
"And the Channings—your hypocritical stepmother is definitely going to want you dead now that you've kidnapped Xander to extort the company."
The Channing company was something Vincent and Beatrice had painstakingly stolen.
When Stella's grandparents were alive, Xander and Valerie had absolutely zero right to the inheritance.
Even Vincent had his succession rights stripped.
Put simply, while the elders were alive, Beatrice lived a very impoverished life with Vincent.
Only after stealing the company had she been able to parade around as the wealthy Mrs. Channing for a few years.
Even though the Channing company wasn't as glorious as it used to be, a starving camel was still bigger than a horse.
