The Prison-Made Queen novel Chapter 906

"No wonder!"

"When he rubbed his blood on my cut, that smile... that wasn't the smile of someone who just got his ass beat."

Recalling Clive's twisted grin, Milo felt an icy chill shoot from his heels straight to his scalp. Every hair on his body stood on end.

He instinctively raised his arm, staring at the spot where the minor scrape had healed into a faint scar.

"Milo, don't just stand there! Move!" Jax urged intensely. "Call the best private clinic you know and book the most comprehensive screening they have! HIV, syphilis, hepatitis—everything! Don't skip a single test! You gotta move fast! These things have incubation periods. Do not screw around with this!"

"I know!"

Milo let out a frustrated, guttural yell, his free hand tearing at his collar as if he were suddenly suffocating.

He fired back a quick, "I'm hanging up, talk later," to Jax and ended the call. With trembling but lightning-fast fingers, he found his agent's number and dialed.

It was picked up on the first ring. Mrs. Larson's sharp, professional voice came through. "Milo? Event's over? How did it go?"

"Mrs. Larson," Milo cut straight to the chase. "It's me. I need you to handle something incredibly urgent. Right now."

Milo tried to keep his tone level, but the raw panic bled through.

Mrs. Larson instantly caught the shift in his demeanor, her voice turning grave. "What's going on?"

"Find me a private medical facility with absolute confidentiality and top-tier testing capabilities, or pull some strings for a VIP channel at a major hospital."

"I need a full-panel blood work and screening done first thing tomorrow morning."
