The Prison-Made Queen novel Chapter 934

Inside the cabin of the helicopter, the roar of the rotors was muffled by high-end soundproofing, leaving the space relatively quiet.

The mysterious figure had pulled off his tactical mask, revealing the sharp, somewhat menacing features of a middle-aged man. He leaned back in his plush leather seat, casually drumming his fingers on the armrest. Through the window, he gazed down at the abandoned building, which was rapidly shrinking into a mere matchbox in the distance.

A smirk of unfiltered contempt curled his lips, as if he had just disposed of a piece of irritating garbage.

"Heh."

A soft scoff escaped him, half to himself, half for the pilot to hear. "I wonder if they liked my parting gift. I spent quite a bit of time putting that together."

Every trap had been perfectly laid out, layer upon layer... leaving a little dessert for the grand finale.

"Callahan Langley... you might be a big shot, but even you can't outrun my death trap in three minutes."

He raised his wrist, checking his watch as the second hand swept methodically around the dial. He counted down in his head, exuding absolute control.

Right on the projected second, a muffled boom drifted up from the city below, barely piercing the drone of the helicopter. To an ordinary listener, it would have just been ambient city noise.

The man's brow twitched upward in satisfaction. He leaned closer to the glass.
