“Let me go! You monsters! I am the daughter of the Dennis family! If you touch me, my brothers will skin you alive!”

Butch sneers, yanking Jade’s hair violently to force her head back. “Dennis family? Ha! You delivered yourself right to our front door. We’d be fools not to play!”

“No… No! You’ve been tricked! It was Tara! That psycho set this up! I can pay you! Just let me go!” Jade thrashes hysterically, but her fragile frame is absolutely no match for three towering thugs.

One of the men is already eagerly tearing at the fabric of her expensive dress. Jade kicks and claws like a wild animal, but it is completely useless.

“Help! Someone help me! Jake! Nikolai! Evan!” she sobs in pure, blinding despair.

The agonizing screams echoing through the warehouse begin to weaken, drowned out by the men’s repulsive laughter.

Just as the last of her clothing is about to be ripped away-

The heavy steel doors of the warehouse are violently kicked off their hinges.

“Jade!” Evan’s frantic, furious roar tears through the room as he sprints inside.

Jake is right on his heels. “Get your filthy hands off her!”

“Evan! Jake!” The sight of her saviors shatters whatever resolve Jade has left. Her clothes are in tatters, her entire body shaking uncontrollably. “Save me… please…” she sobs, her voice

hoarse and broken.

Furious at the interruption, the thugs turn away from Jade, brandishing steel pipes and charging at the intruders.

A brutal brawl erupts. These men are hardened street criminals with heavy fists, managing to

land a few solid blows on Evan and Jake.

But the moment Nikolai and Alec storm into the warehouse, the tide instantly turns.

In less than ten minutes, the thugs are battered into a bloody, groaning heap on the concrete, entirely stripped of their arrogance.

Nikolai’s eyes are completely dead as he steps forward, driving his heavy boot directly into Butch’s ribs, sending the brute crashing to the floor.

Evan strips off his tailored jacket and wraps it tightly around Jade’s shivering shoulders, pulling her against his chest. “You’re safe. I’m here,” he whispers, though his voice shakes

He glares at the bleeding men on the floor, his tone dropping to a lethal chill. “You’re all dead.”

Butch spits out a mouthful of blood and broken teeth, clutching his ribs with a twisted grin. “She walked in here on her own… We just took what was offered…”

“Shut your mouth!” Jake steps forward and delivers a brutal punch straight to Butch’s jaw knocking him out cold. He sweeps his predatory gaze over the remaining thugs. “Who hired/ you?”

The two conscious men exchange terrified glances. One of them trembles violently as he stammers, “I… It was a woman… She said if we ruined the Dennis family girl, she’d pay us a fortune…”

“Tara?” Evan’s fists clench so tightly his knuckles turn white, a blazing inferno of anger igniting in his chest.

Hearing this, Jade immediately clutches Evan’s shirt, crying so hard she can barely breathe. “It… it was Tara! She called me and told me to come here! She wanted to destroy me… She

hates me so much!”

Nikolai’s expression turns murderous as he looks at Jake. “Tara. How dare she? Jake, we need to get the bottom of it.”

Jake nods grimly. “If she is behind this, our family will end her!

Taking a deep breath to suppress his urge to kill, Evan turns his attention back to Jade. He scoops her up into his arms, his voice softening instantly. “Jade, don’t be afraid. I’m taking you to the hospital.”

Jade nods weakly, burying her face against his chest, her entire body still wracked with

violent tremors.

Her face is bruised and swollen beyond recognition. Her clothes are shredded, and she is covered in blood and dirt. She looks absolutely horrific.

If Evan and her brothers hadn’t arrived exactly when they did, the consequences would have been unimaginable. If those animals had actually touched her, Jade knows she wouldn’t have had the will to live.
