Andrew stood off to the side, unable to hide the joy in his eyes. He never expected Natalie to be so talented at horseback riding. Finally, he had something to talk about with her. He was grinning to himself, not realizing he wasn’t the only one feeling proud.

After chatting for a while, Sienna took a big sip of water. She glanced at Natalie and then at Andrew. Finally, she decided to ask the question that had been lingering in her mind.

She set her glass down and asked casually, “By the way, Miss Moore, how did you and Mr. Mitchell meet? I’ve never heard him mention you before.” Her question was straightforward, just friendly curiosity, not meant to be intrusive.

Andrew kept his cool and jumped in, “Natalie is my sister.”

“Oh, so she’s your sis-” Sienna started, but suddenly stopped mid–sentence. Her eyes went wide, like she’d just heard something totally unbelievable. “Wait, your sister? Like, your actual sister?”

She looked at Andrew and then whipped her head around to stare at Natalie.

“Yeah, his actual sister,” Natalie replied calmly, confirming Andrew’s words.

Sienna stood there in a daze for a moment before it finally sank in. ‘No wonder the two of them felt so natural together. She’s his sister. I can’t believe I got that so wrong.‘

Sienna had a crush on Andrew, so of course, she knew William and Charlotte had a daughter who’d been missing for nineteen years. It had to be Natalie.

But she hadn’t put two and two together at first. She hadn’t heard anything about the daughter being found, and besides, Natalie’s last name was Moore.

But then, a wave of excitement hit her. ‘If she’s his sister, that means I still have a shot,‘ Sienna thought.

Andrew poured himself a cup of coffee, catching Sienna’s mouth twitching like she was about to burst out laughing out of the corner of his eye. “What are you so happy about?” Andrew said. ‘Seriously? What is wrong with her?‘

Sienna could barely keep herself from laughing when Andrew called her out.

She quickly grabbed her water glass and gulped it down, trying to keep a straight face. But she drank too fast and almost choked, coughing a couple of times until her face turned bright red.

“It’s nothing. Really. I’m just… so happy for you, Mr. Mitchell. Finding your sister is such a huge, wonderful thing. How could I not be excited for you?” Sienna blurted out.

Andrew shot her a suspicious look. ‘Happy for me? Happy enough to almost choke herself?‘

“Hey, it’s lunchtime. Let me treat you guys to lunch. Come on, let’s go,” Sienna said.

Andrew shook his head. “Thank you, but no,”

Sienna pouted. ‘Ugh, he just had to turn me down again.“,

This time, she ignored him and turned to Natalie, who was taking a sip of her drink. “Natalie, want to grab lunch with me?” She looked at Natalie with big, hopeful eyes, practically begging her not to say no.

Natalie looked up from her cup. After spending the day with Sienna, she found her to be straightforward and easy to get along with, so she agreed. “Sure.”

Sienna’s lips curled into a smile. “Great, let’s go.” She grabbed Natalie’s hand and pulled her up. Seeing this, Andrew had no choice but to follow along.

Sienna noticed Andrew trailing behind and flashed a triumphant grin. ‘Ha, you wouldn’t budge before, but now you have to tag along whether you like it or not. Just wait, Andrew. One day, you’ll be all mine.‘

Back at Mitchell Manor, Charlotte and William were busy finalizing the guest list for the banquet, in which they would formally introduce Natalie to society.

When they saw Natalie and Andrew walk in, they greeted them with warm smiles. “Hey, sweetheart, you’re back. Did you have fun today?” Charlotte asked.

Natalie nodded. “I enjoyed myself.”

She walked over to where they were working.

Natalie’s formal introduction was scheduled for two weeks later. The timeline was tight, but with the Mitchell family’s resources and efficiency, putting together a grand and elegant event in that time was hardly a challenge.

This place was Natalie’s studio in Harbor City.

The interior was spacious and bright, with the first floor completely open plan and divided into distinct zones.

One side featured a huge workbench, covered with tabric samples, design sketches, drawing tools, and a top–of–the–line computer.

Across from it, neat racks held dozens of finished and half–finished bespoke pieces, each a testament to fine craftsmanship and distinctive style, all bearing the embroidered “MOIRE” logo.

Nearby were samples of her other designs hats, scarves, bow ties, and more.

Along the wall stood professional sewing machines, overlock machines, and other specialized equipment.

The air carried a subtle blend of fabric and luxury incense,

As Natalie slipped off her coat, she walked over to the workbench. “Paige, did you get the fabrics I asked for?”

“Yes, they’re ready,” Paige replied, hurrying over. She carefully carried out several rolls of fabric from a climate–controlled storage room nearby.

“I selected a top–grade wool from their fall–winter line, just as you asked, along with this rare cashmere–silk blend. The hand is exceptional, and the colors are exactly what you specified: deep space gray and midnight blue,” Paige explained.

Natalie reached out and touched the fabric, her fingertips appreciating the fine, smooth texture and the firm, substantial quality. She nodded, clearly satisfied. “Thank you. You can get back to your tasks.”

Paige nodded and returned to her own workbench.

Natalie picked up a pencil and some paper, getting ready to sketch out her designs.

She casually used the pencil to pin back the loose strands of hair falling over her chest and then put pencil to paper for the first strake. The pencil slid across the sheet, making a soft scratching sound.

After moving back in with the Mitchell family, everyone treated her like royalty. Natalie wanted to return the favor by making gifts herself, each one tailored to her parents‘ and brothers‘ tastes.
