Chapter 3: Chapter 3

" Mine." The dangerous and menacing voice demanded in front of everyone in the room. All the Alpha's from nearby packs and even ones that have travelled long distances to be here.

Mason finally loosened his grip around me and I noticed the women standing next to that stranger with a horrified look on her face. She tried to grab his arm but he shook her off and marked towards Mason and me.

I very subtlty pushed Bella to the side away from where this man was coming for us. Just in case anything happened, she could be ready to duck and cover.

" You are mistaken. Her father has already promised her hand to me in marriage. Once she turns 18 we will be marked and mated." Mason announced proudly and another menacing growl erupted from that mans throat.

" You are not touching my mate." He growled out through gritted teeth.

" He's your mate." Bella whispered.

" Who are you?" I asked.

" Tyler Lowe. Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack." He announced. And my mouth almost dropped open. They were a large pack. They were known for their strength. They were not to be messed with. I knew of their pack, but I had never met their Alpha and didn't know what his name was.

" She is not your mate. She has been promised to me." Mason gritted out. This was going to get out of hand. Really quickly. But another man stood in and placed his hand on Tyler's shoulder.

" My name is Cade. I am Tyler's Beta. And I'm sure you know young man that it is against werewolf rules and nature to come between a wolf and his mate. Especially that of an Alpha wolf." Cade educated Mason.

" I know the laws. And I don't give a shit. Her father promised her to me. And she will be mine." Mason insisted and Cade had to hold Tyler back after that.

Mason was soon accompanied by his two friends Levi and Lochie and then the head warrior Tobias shower up as well. He had been on patrol outside and heard the commotion.

Ethan filled Tobias in on everything that was going on and Tobias looked at Mason is shock.

" How can you justify coming between these two. Their goddess given mates. Their destined to be together." Tobias argued.

" I don't care what the goddess has in store for my daughter. I promised her to Mason so Mason shall get her." My father's drunked voice boomed through the room. And Tyler turned to look at him in shock and Tobias looked at me worried. He was gradually standing between me and Tyler and Mason who were about to have it out. He didn't want me to get hurt.

Tobias was a really good friend of Ethan's so I've also known him since I was really little. And Tobias was one of the very few men in this world that I trusted with my life.

" Alright. We don't need this party to turn into a disaster. How about we go and talk about this in the conference room while my guests enjoy the party." Alpha Matthias said.

" Stay here with my mate. Don't leave her out of your sight." Tyler demanded of his beta.

So Alpha Matthias, my father, Mason and Tyler all walked off to the conference room and I was left standing there like a stunned fish.

" Why the fuck didn't you tell me that your father promised you to that dickhead Mason?" Ethan asked.

" I only found out this morning. I guess I still haven't processed it." I explained. 𝕗𝕣𝐞𝐞𝘄𝐞𝚋𝚗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.𝚌𝕠𝚖

" Well, like fuck that's happening. Go and start packing." Ethan says.

" What?" I asked confused.

" Cade. If she packs and sneaks out the back, will you be ready to get her in a car and get mind link your Alpha and get her the hell out of here?" Ethan asked.

" You want me to help kidnap her?" Cade asked.

" It's not kidnapping. Tessa can't stay here. Not with Mason and definitely not with her father." Ethan says.

" Would you two shut up." I say as I look over my shoulder at Levi and Lochie who were standing a little way away from us. They probably couldn't hear us because of all the other talking in the room but they were definitely watching.

" Tessa. I'm not stupid. I know what you're father is like. Especially when he's drunk. You need to get the fuck out of here. Now. This is your best chance." Ethan says.

" He's right. You need to leave." Bella says.

" What about you? I can't just leave you. If I run away then they will make sure that I never see or talk to you again." I say.

" Don't worry about that. I'm home now and I'm not going anywhere. I'll make sure that doesn't happen." Ethan insists.

" You better not be planning anything stupid Tessa." Levi says coming up behind me. So I turn to smile at him.

" When have I ever done anything stupid?" I asked and Wyatt spat out his drink by accident. Knowing that I was known for doing stupid things. Ever since I was a kid.

" I don't think Tyler came here alone tonight." I say looking over at the women that was giving me the worst death stare that I had ever seen in my life. If looks could kill then I would definitely be ash by now.

" That's Rachel. Don't worry about her right now. We need to worry about you. You're the Alpha's mate." Cade says.

" She has been promised to Mason." Levi says.

I lifted up to grab a suitcase from above my clothes but hissed in pain and grabbed my ribs.

Tyler's arms were instantly around me and I could feel sparks of electricity racing up my sides where he was holding me. I was stunned for a moment but then he reached up and grabbed my suitcases.

My father only leaned against the doorway and watched and I walked to the bathroom and I started packing my toiletries. But once I was in the bathroom alone I heard the door slam shut behind me and lock.

I spun around and dad was standing there with a menacing look on his face. And I heard Tyler and Cade banging on the other side of the door.

" I know you think you have escaped me for now. But don't think you are staying there for too long. I will get you back. And when I do, you will regret everything that you have put me through tonight. The humiliation, the torment. Everything." Dad growled as he stalked closer to me and I kept backing away until I hit the bathroom wall. " You can never escape me. I will get to you no matter where you are." He gritted out.

" Why do you care so much? I thought you would be happy that I was leaving." I snap back.

" Because you are my daughter. I made you and I can treat you anyway that I want. I won't let that new Alpha dickhead get in the way. We will get you back. And you will be sorry the second that we do." He assured me.

The door finally broke off the frame and Tyler grabbed my father from behind and threw him out the door where Cade caught him and took him outside my room.

" Are you alright?" Tyler asked putting his hands on my shoulders. The same pleasurable sparks caused goosebumps on my skin.

" Yeah. I'm alright. He likes to scare me. That's all." I say.

" Well, let's hurry up and get this done so we can get out of here." Tyler says.

We finished packing all my things and Cade went and put them in the car. I didn't bother getting changed. I stayed in my dress because Tyler wanted me away from there as fast as possible. But I did say goodbye to Bella and gave her a hug and Ethan promised me that we would stay in touch. He would see to it.

I then hugged Ethan, Wyatt and Tobias. Much to Tyler's dislike. But they were my friends. The only people that meant anything to me in this pack. I had to say goodbye to them.

Cade then opened the front door of their car and told Rachel that she would be riding up front with him on the way back. In which she shot me another death stare. And then Tyler opened the back door for me and I got in the car. He went around the other side and got in the other side of the back seat while Cade drove.

Only my friends came out to see me off. Probably because the Alpha ordered everyone else to stay inside. But Ethan would never listen to his father. He hates his father. And Ethan was now old enough to take the pack if he wanted to. Even if that meant killing his father, Ethan would probably do it if he knew everything that his father had done.

We started driving out of the pack and it was really quiet at first until I heard a shrill irritated voice in the front seat.

" So Tyler, I guess this means that we're not getting married next week." Rachel says. And I snap my head over to him.
