"Kate does not approve of Willa," Felicia told him honestly.

"Her opinion is entirely irrelevant," Max dismissed easily. "She will follow Daniel's lead anyway. What do you think about letting Luke and Willa officially start dating?"

"Willa clearly has feelings for Luke, but she is incredibly insecure right now. She is terrified of becoming a burden to him. Even if Luke wants to take things further, she will definitely hesitate."
