Marie shrugged “No idea. Just looked pretty, so I stole–wait, no–bought it.”
“Don’t worry, it’s been tested. Totally harmless.”
As she spoke, she started rummaging through the pile on the bed, grabbing a dress and holding it up alongside the necklace, measuring everything against Stella’s frame. “Look at my taste–it’s amazing, right?”
Stella went quiet.
She glanced at the necklace in Marie’s hand. Yeah… the taste really was amazing
