Other reporters chimed in, piling on with more questions.

By now, Emily’s face was as white as a sheet.

The sense of dread in her heart grew stronger.

“In the video, Miss Anderson, you were about to tumble down the hill, but you grabbed onto Chase, your brother. If Whitney hadn’t reacted in time and pulled Chase back, wouldn’t both of you have ended up with broken legs that day?”
