Chapter 28 Reveals Chase and Emily’s True Colors
‘That bitch did this on purpose, Emily thought. ‘Whitney kept quiet about the live stream so she could watch me make a fool of myself. Does she really think trashing my reputation will turn her into the beloved Anderson princess?
‘She thinks these cheap tricks can bring me down? Dream on. I have put Whitney down once, and I can do it again as many times as it takes. I will always stay on top of her. Always!
Emily put on her best act, clutching her stomach and looking as pale as a ghost.
Her voice trembled, thick with tears and dripping with grievance. “Whitney, if my foot hadn’t gotten hurt, I wouldn’t have dragged Chase down. I already feel terrible. I know I‘ m not as capable as you, but I did everything I could.”
Then she covered her face and started crying softly, playing the victim perfectly. The message was clear: she was already miserable enough, so no one could blame her.
Whitney couldn’t help but laugh. “You’re not as capable as me? How is that my problem? I’m supposed to risk my own safety to make you feel better, only because you’re miserable?”
Emily was so furious that she clenched her fist hard. ‘That bitch. Why is she being so savage right now?‘ Emily seethed. ‘She knows this is live. Does she not care that the viewers might tear her apart for running her mouth like that?‘
Sure enough, the live chat was already dragging Whitney for having zero manners.
[Whitney is way too aggressive. Her attitude is nasty, and she doesn’t respect Chase at all.]
[She’s a nobody, and she dares to talk to Chase like that? Who does she think she is, seriously?]
[Whitney is such a bitch. She’s obviously scheming against Chase and Emily because she can’t stand seeing them happy.}
[She thinks that now she has Ryan on her side and he’ll protect her. So she’s acting all cocky despite her identity as an ordinary person.]
]
[Does she even remember how she was sucking up to Chase on the first day of filming?
[If Ryan dares to back that woman up, I’m turning into a hater for sure.]
Even though it was midnight on a weekday, staying up late was the norm these days. Whitney’s live stream still had millions of viewers watching.
Of course, besides Ryan being a draw, the real reason was that all the other streams closed right at midnight. Now Whitney’s was the only one still going strong.
Chapter 28 Reveals Chase and Emily’s True Colors
So naturally, all the Real Survival viewers poured into her stream. Fans from every Contestant’s camp showed up.
[Hey, Chase’s fans, maybe you should actually think about what you’re saying before you type. Can you even think straightly, anyway?]
[I’m a random viewer. Let’s be real. Didn’t Chase start being rude when he thought the stream wasn’t live and started bullying a regular contestant? No wonder Whitney clapped back.]
[So what, because Chase is a top star, he gets to boss people around? And he acts like it’s totally normal to demand Whitney give up her dinner to him and his sister.]
[What did Whitney say wrong? Emily can’t handle things and drags her brother down. And because she cries a little, everyone is supposed to give her whatever she wants?] [Chase’s fans are totally losing it. They’re scrambling to defend their idol at all costs.] [I have been meaning to say this. Chase always throws his weight around as a senior and picks on Whitney when the cameras are rolling. Off camera, he’s probably even worse. Now I have seen it firsthand.]
[Whitney is such a badass. She really stands her ground. If it were any other ordinary contestant, they would probably get bullied and not dare say a word.]
[Is it me, or is there something weird going on between Chase and Whitney? And Emily and Whitney too? Their vibe is off.]
[I have been saying that. It feels like they knew each other way before the show even started.]
[Right? The way Chase orders Whitney around feels like he’s totally used to it.]
Even now, some people still would not stop making excuses for the Anderson siblings.
[Isn’t it because Whitney was fawning over Chase like crazy on the first day?]
[The moment she latched onto Ryan, she totally turned on Chase. I seriously want to

dig up yesterday’s video of Whitney sucking up to Chase and slap it right in your faces.
Those delusional fans kept defending the Anderson siblings, but the comments section was making fun of them even harder.
[Honestly, I have always wanted to ask Chase’s fans. Are you really okay with your idol being so touchy–feely with his sister?]
[Ever since yesterday, Chase’s stream has been flooded with talk about them being the “best siblings ever,” but something feels weird about it.]
[From the start of filming, it’s always hand–holding, hugging, or jumping into each other‘ s arms, no matter where or when.]
Chapter 28 Reveals Chase and Emily’s True Colors
[Weren’t they doing a bridal carry a second ago? If I didn’t know they were siblings, I’d Teally think they were dating.]
[These two seriously, have zero sense of boundaries. They don’t even try to tone it down. I already feel sorry for whoever ends up marrying Chase.]
[So, Chase fans, any of you actually want to marry him and live with Emily?]
Chase’s fans were speechless. They felt incredibly uncomfortable. It felt like someone had punched them right in the gut.
As fans who imagined themselves as his girlfriend or wife, they put themselves in those comment scenarios. Everyone fell silent.
Honestly, they couldn’t take it anymore. If their boyfriend or husband fawned over his own sister like that, they would never be okay with it. Even if it was only his sister, they would still get jealous.
Seeing how Chase treated Emily, it was obvious he was completely wrapped around her finger. In his eyes, she could do no wrong.
If anyone ever got into a fight with Emily, Chase would definitely side with his sister and call them out without a second thought.
Just thinking about it made their fists clench. They were dying to tear off Emily’s sweet and innocent mask and expose her for the fake that she really was.
Whitney didn’t even notice the chaos in the live chat. After roasting Emily and Chase, she felt totally refreshed and ready to eat and recharge.
When she walked back to the makeshift table set up on the stove, she saw the food exactly as she had left it. No one had touched a single bite.
Ryan, who was supposed to eat first, was now slouched on a square stool, lazily leaning against the side of the stove.
