"I have too many properties. I forgot I even owned this apartment in The Obsidian Heights until I started looking for a place for you," Silas explained smoothly. "Since it was just sitting empty, and it's so close to Merit Biotech, I figured it would make a convenient spot for me to crash on workdays."

"But don't you think living here is a bit... modest for you?" Willow asked.
