Yolanda paused, caught off guard. "What do you mean?"

"Let's talk over there. It's too crowded here."

Amara pulled her to a quieter corner. "I just had a vision for today's scene. I'm thinking of tweaking the script to flow like this..."

She quickly pitched the adjustments before adding, "With this change, none of the other actors will need to adapt, but you'll have to perform without any makeup. If you're up for it, I'd love to give it a shot."

Actresses lived and died by their on-screen appearance. Even with exceptional genes, being completely bare-faced under high-definition cameras was a massive risk that most stars flat-out refused to take. That was exactly why Amara wanted to ask for permission first.

She expected Yolanda to need at least half an hour to think about it, but the actress agreed without missing a beat. "I'll do it. If it serves the story, I'm all in."

Amara smiled. "Let's go run it by Mr. Frost. If the director gives us the green light, we'll rewrite it."

They tracked down Barry Frost, and as Amara laid out her vision, his eyes instantly lit up.

"That's a brilliant angle. Mock up the rewrite and send it out. As long as Keith is on board, we'll shoot it your way. If the footage doesn't work, we'll just fall back on the original script."

Nodding, Amara hurried back to the lounge to draft the changes.

She worked fast, finishing the revisions in twenty minutes flat, and dropped the new file into the cast's group chat.

Since Yolanda and Mr. Frost already knew what to expect, they skimmed it and approved it immediately.

Keith read through the changes and sent a thumbs-up. With both leads and the director fully on board, the new plan was officially locked in.

The scene focused heavily on Yolanda and Keith. As the supporting lead, Antonia was included, but her screen time had been reduced to a measly few seconds, while Yolanda dominated the frame for nearly two minutes.

But that wasn't even the worst part. Originally, Yolanda and Keith were just supposed to hold hands. Why the hell was it suddenly a kissing scene?

She was furious!

The lead role was supposed to be hers. She already knew Amara was the one who had her replaced, and now Amara was handing out romantic milestones to Yolanda. That kiss was supposed to be hers! Why was Amara targeting her like this?

Seething, but smart enough to know she couldn't throw a tantrum on set, she aggressively tapped out a message in the Everly family group chat:

"I'm so pissed! I've been on the set of 'Letters from Yesterday', and Amara is here. You guys have no idea how awful she's being. She's completely targeting me. Yesterday, she and the lead actor teamed up to humiliate me, and today she literally rewrote the script just to sabotage my screen time..."
