Chapter 313 Praise
“You have a sharp eye, Robert!” Arabella sounded genuinely surprised.
She had overseen every detail of the design herself, carefully considering both the layout and the materials.
She couldn’t let Edward think it was overly extravagant, nor could she allow others to see it as inferior.
“Yes, the designer clearly knew what they were doing,” Robert praised.

‘Well, I’m glad it meets your approval,” Arabella said, touching her nose lightly. It felt a bit strange to receive praise that was meant ‘or a third party but was actually directed at her own work.
Matthew raised an eyebrow, glancing at Arabella as if making casual conversation. “Where did you find the designer, Dr. Hamilton? Perhaps you could refer them to me.”
Arabella felt a flicker of caution. “Do you have a project in mind, Mr. Stewart?”
Why did it feel like he was probing her? Had he guessed something?
‘Do you think I’m not serious?” Matthew countered.
\rabella gave him a look that was almost reproachful. She wanted to say it certainly seemed that way.
But she kept her composure. “I just found them through an online portfolio, Mr. Stewart. If you’d like, I can send you their profile.”
Vhether he actually needed a designer or not was irrelevant.
f he really did, she might even earn a referral fee.
Hmm,” Matthew acknowledged noncommittally.
rabella went ahead and sent him a contact link.
Matthew accepted it without further comment.
Robert, you mentioned earlier you were just passing by. Did you have business in the area?” Arabella changed the subject.
Yes, we were on our way to a meeting when Matthew noticed some commotion here. He insisted on stopping to make sure everything was alright,” Robert explained.
tis expression seemed to say, “See how much he cares about you?”
Arabella felt awkward. Maybe she shouldn’t have asked.
Though she understood Robert’s implication, Arabella played innocent. “Thank you both for stepping in earlier.”
‘I didn’t do much. You should thank Matthew. This young man usually never gets involved in other people’s affairs,” Robert continued, clearly promoting his grandson.
Arabella offered an awkward smile. “We are business partners. It’s good to look out for each other”
‘Still, he’s typically only focused on his own work. Helping others is… new for him,” Robert persisted.

Chapter 313 Praise
Arabella could only glance pleadingly at Matthew, as if to say, “Aren’t you going to say something?”
“Grandfather, we should go,” Matthew said, deciding it was time to rein in his grandfather’s commentary.
“No hurry, Andy isn’t back yet,” Robert said, not wanting to miss this opportunity to sing Matthew’s praises.
After all, he wasn’t exaggerating–it was rare to see Matthew take a personal interest in someone else’s situation.
Just then, Andy returned. “Mr. Stewart, the matter has been looked into and resolved.”
Robert shot Andy a look. The man had terrible timing.
Andy scratched his head, bewildered. What had he done wrong now?
“Grandfather, let’s go,” Matthew repeated.
With no further excuse to linger, Robert reluctantly stood. “Dr. Hamilton, you must visit us sometime.”
“Of course, I’d be happy to,” Arabella agreed politely.
Robert felt somewhat satisfied. “Then I’ll be on my way.”
“Take care, Robert,” Arabella said, escorting them out.
As he passed Andy, Robert let out another displeased huff before leaving the office.
Andy felt utterly wronged. What had he done this time?
“Mr. Stewart, I…” Andy looked at Matthew, hoping for clarity.
Matthew gave a slight nod. “You handled it well.”

Andy’s heart sank. He was beginning to understand–once again, he had inadvertently become the reason for cutting short Robert’s visit.
Mr. Stewart, must you always provoke him like this?
After the group left, Arabella saw them to the door before returning to the office.
“I brought the coffee, and some pastries…” Edward entered, only to find the office empty and look around in confusion.
Huh? Where had everyone gone?
“Edward,” Arabella said, coming back in after seeing Robert and Matthew off.
“Where are Robert and the others?” Edward asked, puzzled
“They had another appointment and left first,” Arabella explained.
Edward felt a pang of regret. “I didn’t even get to thank them properly for their help”
“It’s alright. There will be other opportunities,” Arabella reassured him.
“Mm,” Edward said, setting down the tray and taking a seat.
