Chloe took the phone, scrolling slowly through each profile. Finally, she looked up. "Why not just go with the first three?"

"How come?" Arabella raised an eyebrow.

"Well, I'll admit it's kind of arbitrary," Chloe said with an apologetic smile. "I don't really know much about design, so if all five seem equally strong and their styles fit, maybe just take the top three and call it a day."

Arabella couldn't help but chuckle. "You know, that's not completely unreasonable.

"Honestly, all of them look impressive on paper, and their portfolios seem to align with what you're looking for. So it really is a tough choice. Your method is as good as any."

"Don't let my random suggestion sway you, though," Chloe added quickly. "For a design studio, hiring the right talent is crucial."

"I'm aware," Arabella nodded thoughtfully.

Chloe gave a small smile. "I'll leave you to it then, Ms. Hamilton."

"Go ahead." Arabella's attention returned to her screen.

Before long, she had made her decision.

She typed out a quick text to Colton. "First three."

His reply came almost instantly. "Noted."

Setting her phone aside, Arabella turned to the paperwork waiting on her desk and dove back into work.

After wrapping up her last task, Arabella grabbed her bag and headed out of the office.
