Suddenly, Andrea felt a real itch to go exploring the deep. There had to be all kinds of hidden treasures down there.

But with what she could do right now, all she could do was daydream about it.

Andrea raised her voice and shouted for Dominic and Scarface to come in.

Andrea asked him to start up the robot, but he fidgeted and acted all bashful for a bit.

As Scarface moved closer to the robot, Andrea instinctively put some distance between herself and the bed.

She still remembered how on edge the robot dog had been earlier.

She headed straight for Andrea.

Chapter 45

He was crouched by the cabinet, anxiously calling out the warning.

Andrea stayed put. She figured there was no point in running. She’d never be able to keep up with a robot like that anyway.

Those legs were ridiculous, way longer than hers. like they could go on forever.

If she tries to kick me, I’ll have to burn a Defense Card, Andrea thought.

The robot dog planted itself in front of Andrea, letting out a low, threatening growl at Jade. One more step and it was ready to go full attack mode.

Jade finally noticed the robot dog and came to a halt.

But she kept her eyes locked on Andrea, making Andrea feel seriously creeped out.

Scarface tried to sidle up again, but Jade punched him square in the face, stone–faced the whole time.

The punch landed hard, and his nose started gushing blood instantly.

His good–looking face instantly swelled up.

Andrea got the chills from Jade’s intense stare and was about to try talking to her.

Then she saw something totally bizarre. Jade actually blushed.

A female robot was actually shooting her a bashful glance.

Andrea felt her own cheeks flush out of nowhere. She thought. What the heck? I’ve never dealt with anything like this.

Jade, you’re stunning. I can’t help but have a bit of crush on you.

Andrea practically yelled in her mind, feeling both flustered and helpless.

Andrea spun around and took off running.

Scarface, she’s fixed. Time to pay up. I’m off to grab my loot for two hours!” Andrea yelled as she dashed out.

Scarface waved her away and couldn’t care less.

He had eyes only for Jade now. Andrea was nowhere in his thoughts.

Andrea. Dominic, and the robot dog headed straight for the backyard.

Dominic could’ve bailed anytime, but he chose to stick around and help Andrea out. Honestly, if it wasn’t for her, he’d probably still be trapped on this island with no end in sight.

Dominic went off to catch some chickens. Andrea started picking fruit. The robot dog dug up some fruit and veggie seedlings, waiting for Andrea to come grab them.

Andrea was like a monkey, scrambling up the trees in no time.

She never used to be able to do that, but now that her physical stats had gotten a boost, climbing trees was a piece of cake.

As soon as her hands touched the fruit, she stashed it right into her space.

Dominic caught eight hens and two roosters. He tied them all up in a row with rope so Andrea could haul them away without any hassle.

Then Dominic rushed over to help Andrea pick fruit and dig up saplings.

Andrea found some jujube, chestnut, and pomelo trees.

She even stumbled across a patch for seasonings, including green onions, ginger, garlic, spices, and chili peppers.

“Take it all!‘ Andrea thought.

She tossed the fruit straight into her space, each kind taking up its own slot. With so many slots open, she could grab as much as she wanted. no worries about running out of space.

Andrea was determined to hunt down fruit saplings, veggie seedlings, and anything else she could plant. She had to keep the farm sustainable for the long haul.

Andrea found some mint, which was perfect for the sweltering heat.
