Chapter 305 Not Bound By The Same Rules Of Life And Death
THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW
“What kind of ritual are you performing, my little flower?” Ryker’s grin widened evilly. “A ritual to regain your powers?” He laughed darkly.
Seraphina remained still, her gaze sharpening to focus as she silently observed.
“Are you really willing to risk the lives of millions of werewolves in the realm just to regain your powers?” Ryker sneered.
“Shut your mouth, fucker,” Ronan growled, hurling Ryker away with his powers. He turned back to Seraphina for a moment. Percy was right behind her.
“Seraphina…” he yelled, but Ryker was already attacking him.
“Eyes on me when you fight me, Dread Lord!” Ryker roared, aiming for Ronan’s chest, but the blow was blocked. Their powers collided again and again, sending shockwaves through the
room.
Seraphina sensed Percy approaching and dodged his grasp with ease.
Aran, momentarily distracted from controlling the wolves and keeping the Alphas from committing suicide, tried to rush toward Seraphina.
“No,” she ordered firmly, her eyes locking with his meaningfully. “I said r Aran.”
hould die,
Aran nodded, his gaze shifting to Alpha Hugo, Jude, and Spencer, who had managed to get most of the wolves out of the fray. However, the more Percy was killed, the more he seemed to regenerate, growing in numbers and becoming increasingly brutal in his attacks. One of them was now after Mace.
Mace shifted into his lycan form to fight, but the strain of resisting Percy’s dark magic was beginning to take its toll. He couldn’t hold out much longer.
“Don’t get any closer if you want a quick death,” Seraphina stared coldly at Percy, taking a few steps back from the dark energy emanating from him.
Percy grinned, his expression dangerously twisted. “You wouldn’t dare lay a finger on me. You would’ve already done it if you could…”
Without warning, Seraphina spun around and kicked Percy in the chest, sending him flying

toward Asher, who swiftly snapped his neck, eliminating him like a twig.

Seraphina reached out to touch her nose only to find it was bleeding steadily. She quickly wiped the blood away before Ronan could notice. It was the result of tainting her energy with evil magic.
She turned to Asher. “He’s an evil dark magic energy that’s nine hundred years old. He’s not bound by the same rules of life and death as living beings,” she explained meaningfully.
Both of them exchanged a brief smile before Asher hurled Percy aside, but they immediately began to regenerate into more Percys.
“Spencer, clear the way,” Asher ordered.
Spencer and Mace swiftly cleared the wolves from Asher’s path to Percy in just a few seconds. As Asher watched Percy’s regeneration closely, he knew what he had to do. Percy was born of Ryker’s dark power. To truly kill him, Asher needed to sever the dark magic that held Percy together.
“You’ve made enough chaos, little fucker,” Asher groaned.
“Hehe…have I?” Percy chuckled, killing two more wolves as he charged at Asher.
Asher focused his energy, his claws half–shifted. This time, he wasn’t aiming for Percy’s body. Instead, he extended his hands, concentrating on the dark magic that surrounded Percy, the very core of his existence. As his claws flickered with fire, he slammed his hands down toward the ground.
A burst of flame erupted, but it wasn’t aimed at Percy’s body. It shot directly dark magic that kept Percy alive.

Percy’s eyes widened in panic, but it was too late. Asher’s flames hit the very essence of the dark magic that formed Percy, and the magic itself began to disintegrate.
“AHHHHH!!!” Percy’s terrifying scream echoed from every direction as the magic crumbled away. Ryker, his eyes filled with bloodlust, watched in horror as their bodies began to break apart from the inside. The magic that held Percy together was disintegrating.
The form of Percy, no longer held together by the dark magic, began to dissolve, leaving nothing but black smoke and ash.
Meanwhile, thrown into the debris, Ryker locked his bloodthirsty eyes on Seraphina. The loss of his most powerful weapon, Percy, burned in his eyes like molten lava. Before he vanished into the dust, Ryker disappeared with a final, enraged glare at her.

Ronan turned around immediately, sensing the blood coming from Seraphina. What’s wrong with you?” he questioned, his pace quickening.
“I’m fine. Just a nosebleed,” she smiled, trying to reassure him, and then glanced up at the moon, which was slowly rising in the sky. Her smile faded as she locked eyes with Ronan onts more, about to say something when her gaze was drawn to a figure standing amidst the dust and debris.
Ryker was up, and a monstrous, hideous dark energy charged at Ronan’s back. Seeing her expression, Ronan spun around in an instant, blocking the dark energy that was about to pierce his heart.
“How dare you leave in the middle of the fight, Ronan Volkstane?” A familiar voice rang out from behind the dark energy, freezing Ronan for a moment. It was a voice he hadn’t heard in months.
The figure emerged from the dirt, and as it revealed its face, both Ronan and Seraphina were left stunned.
“Dante…” Seraphina gasped under her breath.
Ryker had separated his wolf again. That meant…
Seraphina quickly turned her eyes to the chaos of wolves, realizing Ryker had vanished. Panic surged through her as she checked to make sure Alpha Darious and the others were safe. Since Asher was with them, they should be protected. But if they were safe, where had Ryker gone?
That’s when footsteps reached her ears. She turned toward the door of the breaking it open, only to see Ryker entering with a twisted smile, both han bloody, motionless bodies.
Seraphina froze, her eyes widening in disbelief.

“Grace!” Alpha Jude screamed at the top of his lungs, desperately trying to reach her through the crowd of attacking wolves. His will to live seemed to fade with each passing second as he saw the amount of blood leaking from Grace’s torn stomach. On the other hand Alpha Hugo stood paralyzed at the sight of Gideon being dragged by Ryker, as Hugo’s chest pierced by a claw in a moment of distraction. He collapsed to the ground, bleeding out, his eyes fixed on the sight of Alpha Gideon’s ripped throat open.
Ryker hurled both dead bodies at Seraphina’s feet, his smile twisted with dark satisfaction. “Thought I’d let them miss the feast.”
