THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW
Back in the battle, Theo and the other protectors started handling the spirits with their powers. However, Silas having been thrown away from others locked eyes with Aran in the middle of the fight before he returned to the action. His attention shifted to Ronan for a moment who looked feral, close to that day when his aura had destroyed the temple.
Dante had been unable to escape from Ronan’s grasp. In the middle of the fight, he mind-linked Ryker for help but due to the shift of the powers between the two of them, nothing was making sense. Moreover, Ryker had gone crazy and wild fighting Seraphina. Now he did not care about the dark magic shifting on him. He had been fighting with Seraphina relentlessly having studied her attacks, moves and technique from earlier.
They moved like a flash, the ground under them cracking with each collision. Her bleeding sides and his bleeding chest tainted the ground beneath them.
“They are trying to slip out of this dimension and spread into the realm!!” Felix, unable to get ahold of the spirit anymore shouted.
“Ryker is giving them his powers!!” Aran added as Finn and Asher exchanged glances in the middle of the fight. “If that happens this will never end!!”
The spirits were growing in numbers as if crawling out of the ground. To win this battle Ryker had put his powers into the spirits. Many of them had slipped in to kill in the realm. Finn slammed his foot down under him and spread his dominic energy over the ground to wipe out all the escaping spirits. While Asher raised the curse from the ground and created a barrier to cage them in his domain.
Silas watched both Asher and Finn utilizing all of their powers against the spirits and shook his head in dread. “The more this fight stretches on the stronger the spirits grow! And these spirits are what give Ryker back his powers!” he glanced at Ronan and then Seraphina, “This war has to end quickly!!” he yelled at everyone.
Seraphina’s face darkened to see how Ryker learned and copied her. At the same time, he had been growing oddly stronger proving Silas’ theory.
“Did you think bringing your protectors back would change anything, my little flower?” Ryker ran his claws deeply down her back. “There is no way to kill dark magic!” he grinned.
Seraphina flipped with a hiss as her claws stabbed on his sides, ripping his flash, “Really? Then let’s see!” she smirked meaningfully.
Ryker stilled at her words.
That’s when Dante’s sudden scream pierced the air, and Ryker’s eyes snapped in the other direction, seeing Ronan viciously attacking Dante, striking at his heart, gut, throat, and finally his head without giving him a chance to defend himself.
“NO!! DON’T YOU DARE, RONAN!!” Ryker roared, charging in Dante’s direction, desperate to save him before Ronan could deliver the final blow. His wolf was his soul, his everything and if it died then…he would lose everything! “DANTE!!” Using his dark magic, he tried to pull Dante back into himself and save him by merging with himself.

A shadow fell over Ryker’s face, it became completely impossible to read him except his aura that had twisted drastically.

Seraphina immediately turned around sensing a familiar presence only to find Alpha Darious with skin completely ripped off half of his body as he charged at her with a rod.
“Dad…” She stilled in horror, unable to hear his heartbeat or breathing, just his white bleeding eyes as he aimed for her life. Her eyes watered when she could not feel any bond with her and realised her father was gone. He….was dead.
Tears rolled down to her cheek and she just stared at her father. However, before the rod could stab her, a figure appeared before Seraphina and the rod went through them instead.
Seraphina held her breath as she watched a familiar back shielding her from the attack and her heart dropped into her stomach. “RONAN!!!”
