Once she finished the greens, she fed him another large piece of pork.

She deliberately aimed for the biggest pieces, ensuring that once he ate them, all the smaller, manageable ones would be left for her.

Logan took the massive bites without a single drop of sauce spilling, managing to look both ruthlessly rugged and impossibly aristocratic at the same time. "This piece is fantastic," he praised.

"Isn't it all the same?"

"It tastes better when you feed it to me."

She glanced over at the other couples.
