Logan smiled. "Want to find somewhere to eat? You know the hospital better than I do, lead the way."

"Follow me."

Sloane picked up the lunchbox and headed out, with Logan trailing close behind.

As they navigated the corridor between the offices and the patient rooms, they passed two more nurses.

"This is amazing!" She gave him a thumbs up.

Logan smiled softly. "I made it myself."

"You made this?" Sloane blinked in surprise. "I thought you didn't know how to cook?"

"It's not that I don't know how. I usually just make instant noodles or something easy. This was my first time making the pork."

Sloane asked point-blank, "Was cooking dinner another task from the bio-band?"

"..." Logan's smile faltered for a fraction of a second before he nodded. "Yeah."
