The hidden meaning of Ayla’s words was she was intimate with Lucian.

Ayla couldn’t help but smile triumphantly. She glanced at me, with a flash of pride in her eyes. In my presence, Ayla familiarly reached out and tugged at Lucian’s sleeve, saying in a soft voice on purpose, “Lucian, don’t be angry. She didn’t do anything to me this time.”

I had long been accustomed to such a scene.

Lucian was always biased toward Ayla unconditionally and he always blamed me whenever there was a conflict between Ayla and me without asking for reasons.
