Chapter 388 A Lifetime to Learn Love
Jaron tapped her on the head. “It just did.”
“You’re gonna date me.”
“In your dreams.”
“Jaron, get back here!”
Their laughter echoed across the snow.
Nicole whispered close to Jasper’s ear, “Jas, you’re the most handsome boy I’ve ever seen.
“So you teased me just to make me jealous.”
“Mhm. Your ears turn red. It’s cute.”
Jasper kissed her softly. They skied back to the pumpkin carriage.
“Your Highness, please get in.”
Nicole smiled, bright with happiness.
They climbed in. Jaron and Amelia acted as drivers, and the golden carriage raced over the snow.
Sunlight painted the mountains like a painting.
“Nicole…”
She quickly kissed his cheek, then looked away shyly, staring at the sunset.
Jasper froze for a second, then broke into a sweet smile.
A message pinged. He almost ignored it, but opened it right away when he saw her name. “Princess Nicole: Boyfriend, your wish came true.”
Jasper smiled and turned her toward him.
He opened a blue velvet box. Inside was a pair of couple rings.
Nicole’s eyes widened in surprise.
“Put this on. Then you’re mine.”
“Keep your voice down.”
“Don’t worry. They’re wearing headphones.”
Jasper slipped the ring onto her finger, his face full of joy.
His wish was halfway come true.
Jaron tapped her on the head. “It just did.”

“In your dreams.”

“Okay.”

When Jasper and Nicole walked out holding hands, Jaron rested his chin on his hand, smiling playfully.
Amelia covered half her face, but her gentle smile was obvious,
“What are you smiling at?” Jasper pulled out a chair.
Nicole smiled shyly. “What’s wrong with you two?”
Jaron looked at Amelia with a grin. He pointed at Nicole. “My childhood friend.”
Amelia smiled and pointed at Jasper. “My childhood friend.”
They turned to the couple at the same time and said together, “They’re in love.”
Nicole and Jasper looked at each other and smiled, their love almost overflowing.
