Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 367

Early the next morning, Yandel brought Verian and Xylean to the hospital.

Verian brought breakfast for Heaton and Madam Guant.

Yandel patted Heaton on his shoulder and said, "Thanks for last night."

Madam Guant was in a very good mood today. Seeing Xylean, she smiled even kinder and said, "Leannie, auntie hasn't seen you for such a long time. You're so cruel. Why haven’t you visited auntie for so long?"

Xylean was a little embarrassed as she sat down in front of Madam Guant’s bed and said, "Auntie, I'm sorry. I'm back now and will definitely come visit you more often in the future."

Madam Guant patted her hand. "That's good."

When she touched Xylean's empty ring finger, she teased her deliberately, "Yandel, just how are you pursuing your girl? How does have you still not put a wedding ring on this girl’s finger after chasing her for so long?”

Xylean responded, "... Auntie, I'm not in a hurry."

"But auntie is anxious. I want you and Yandel to have a baby early to call me grandma!"

Xylean's scalp became numb and she smiled mechanically.

Yandel walked over and put his arm around Xylean's shoulder. He said, "Mom, Leannie and I will get engaged as soon as possible. We won't let you down."

"..."

Xylean looked up at him speechlessly.

When did she agree to be engaged with him?!

A cunning playfulness flashed across Yandel's eyes.

Madam Guant was the happiest. "That's good. You see, your sister is married and pregnant. You're her brother but haven't even gotten married yet. You can't keep up with her speed. You're not as good as your sister. You see, Rainie is usually reserved but when she met the one she liked, she pursued Heaton for a while and got him. You're so reserved. You should learn more from your sister."

When Heaton heard this, he almost choked on a mouthful of porridge. He covered his mouth with his fist and coughed slightly.

Verian was curious. "Mom, what’s going on..."

How did she act unreserved? Besides, Heaton was obviously the one who pursued her, so how could she have become the one who pursued him?

Before asking, Heaton had already taken a spring roll and stuffed it into Verian's mouth. "This spring roll tastes good. Try it."

Verian was gagged and took a bite despite not being hungry. "But I ate breakfast at home and am very full. I can't eat anymore."

Verian gave the spring roll that she had taken a bite of back to Heaton.

With a huge smile on her face, Madam Guant said, "Rainie, you should share more love experience with your dull-witted brother. Let him marry Leannie and bring her home to be your sister-in-law."

Xylean was afraid that Madam Guant would keep pushing for them to get married, so she hurriedly smiled sweetly and said, "Auntie, do you want to eat an apple? I'll peel one for you?"

"I don't want to eat an apple."

"Then, I'll peel an orange for you?"

With a smile, Madam Guant stared at Xylean. "Leannie, don't try to block my mouth with food."

Xylean was speechless.

When did Auntie Guant become more difficult than Yandel to deal with?

Where had the kind-hearted Aunt Guant gone?

Early in the morning, the ward had now become a riot scene with her being urged to get married and have children.

Madam Guant did not relent in her urging of Xylean. Underneath the bed, Xylean's foot stepped on Yandel's foot. She stared at him, wordlessly sending a message to him—quickly change the topic!

Xylean's strength was not weak, so Yandel groaned lowly and frowned. Then, her shifted the topic with a calm face, "How did sister successfully pursue Heaton then?"
