Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 514

On Saturday morning, Heaton accompanied Verian to go to the wedding gown haute couture shop.

Verian tried a few wedding gowns, but Heaton was still not satisfied with the choices, even though she was already tired with the fitting.

Verian was slightly discouraged after so many tries. After Heaton sent her away multiple times, she simply grabbed a wedding gown on a whim and went into the dressing room.

That piece of clothing resembled more like a mini evening dress. It was a knee-length, double layer with a white, silky inner layer and the outer layer was a knit-together of a few large leaf-like shapes. The slightly see-through white dress had multiple detailed three-dimensional embroideries that were weaved like a tree leaf's veins. Once she wore the dress, she looked like a fairy from the mystical legend, and it bestowed a sense of out-of-this-world innocence and purity to the wearer.

When Verian stepped out of the dressing room, Heaton's dull eyes widened and gleamed brightly.

The design of that wedding gown had its characteristics, and it was very refreshing compared to the usual wedding gowns.

Verian twirled and asked, "What about this?"

"Not bad."

Heaton stood up with his arms crossed and scrutinized the wedding gown thoughtfully.

That wedding gown was more exquisite and way better than the previous haute couture wedding gowns that Verian had previously tried. It was definitely an attractive dress. However, it had a halter design, so it left her upper back completely uncovered and bare to the waistline. Verian's fair upper back was completely exposed. That was the first time Heaton saw those types of wedding gowns; it had the bare minimum of clothing to complete the dress.

Verian did not want to try any more wedding gowns. She immediately exclaimed joyfully after she got approval from Heaton on that gown. "Why don't we proceed with this? I quite like this gown too. Let's stop at this today, okay? "

The manager sang praises of Verian too. "This gown really suits Mrs. Fudd. She looks like a heavenly fairy with the temperament and qualities of ethereal purity. This gown is specially designed to reveal one's skin, and so, its look is dependent on the wearer. However, Mrs. Fudd has a great figure. The bare upper back and shoulder emphasize Mrs. Fudd's perfect bone structure, and the Venus dimples at her lower back. It made her look particularly attractive."

Heaton's expression darkened at the manager's description, and he quickly took his suit's blazer and draped it over her shoulder. "Go into the dressing room and change it right away."

Verian was confused and mumbled impatiently. "Isn't it quite beautiful? Why don't we choose this? Heaton, I don't want to try on more gowns."

However, Verian's refusal was unsuccessful as Heaton immediately nudged her into the dressing room.

After she entered the dressing room, Heaton stared at the female manager with a sharp and darkened gaze. "Choose some less revealing wedding gowns for my wife to try."

The manager complied with his request. "All right, Mr. Fudd."

"Also, please don't stare at my wife too much."

"All right, very well."

The manager felt so wronged. 'I'm also a woman!' the manager exclaimed in her heart.

Cowed by Heaton's identity and gaze, the female manager only dared to whine in her heart; she did not dare to speak against him.

Then Heaton sank back onto the sofa, crossed his long legs naturally, and continued to wait patiently. Only he could see his wife's sphenoid bone and venus' dimples; no one else was allowed to do that.

Meanwhile, Serene took a cab and hurried to the wedding gown shop.

Verian had changed into another wedding gown again, and she was coming out of the dressing room when Serene arrived.

Serene's eyes glittered in awe. She dashed toward Verian in excitement. "Verian, this is the first time I see you in a wedding gown. They were right; a woman is the prettiest when they wear their wedding gown. This is too pretty!"
