Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 613

Blaine instructed Old K to immediately drive back to C country to retrieve the Hundred Spirit Herb. The next morning, Blaine personally sent the antidote to the hospital.

Ruby had barely woken up when she received Wilson's call the next morning. She did not put much thought into the news, except that she was slightly surprised that Blaine would give up the Hundred Spirit Herb so easily to Wilson.

When Ruby arrived at the hospital, Wilson was waiting for her.

"Has Serene taken the antidote yet? Did it work?"

Wilson looked at her. "Ruby, I have something to tell you."

"What is it? What is more important than saving Serene?"

"From now on, you're no longer a mercenary with the Light Organization. You're not a killer anymore; you're a free woman."

Ruby was stunned. She blinked her eyes and laughed. "Is this a joke? Wilson, this prank is not funny at all."

"I'm not joking. You're a woman; there is no good ending to being a killer. I don't care if you're unwilling. My decision is final."

Then, Wilson turned around and left. Ruby was about to chase after him when Blaine stopped her.

Ruby glared at him. "What are you doing? Let me go!"

"Wilson has given you to me!"

"What did you say?"

Blaine smirked. "The person you're loyal to? He has agreed to exchange you for the Hundred Spirit Herb to save the love of his life. To him, you are only worth an antidote."

Ruby's mouth twitched. A few seconds later, she yelled in the direction of Serene's room. "Wilson, you b*stard!"

Ruby was about to rush into the room, but Blaine stopped her. In one swift move, Blaine carried her on his shoulders.

"Put me down!" Ruby kicked and struggled.

"I'll put you down when we reach C country."

C country? When did she agree to go to C country with him?

"This is a kidnap attempt!"

Blaine ignored her. "That's because you're cunning and wily. If you're honest, then I wouldn't need to do this."

"Blaine, you b*stard!"

He sneered. "Not as much a b*stard as White Wolf."
