Cherie was already done changing by the time Tyler ran upstairs with the electronic piano.

Verian almost bumped into Tyler the moment she got out of the room.

The instant Tyler noticed Cherie's mother, he immediately greeted her politely, "Greetings, Aunty Verian!"

Verian was actually really pleased with Tyler and she also knew that he was here for Jelly Bean.

"Jelly Bean is still in her room."

"Ah, alright. Thank you, Aunty Verian."

Tyler then entered the room with the electronic piano. He said, "Help me out a little, Jelly Bean. This custom made electronic piano is really heavy."

Cherie rushed over as the both of them set up the piano.

Tyler chuckled, "Give it a try."

Cherie sat down and started testing out the piano's pitch. It sounded amazingly well.

Tyler asked with a smug look, "What do you think? Not bad, right?"

Cherie randomly started playing the birthday song and it sounded incredibly well. The piano could go toe to toe with any expensive piano. Cherie said, "Not bad. Where'd you even get such an amazing piano?"

"Of course. Just look at who I am. I'm the little prince of the capital, okay?"

Cherie glared at him with a mocking gaze before intentionally sniffing the piano. She said, "Wow, this truly reeks of your despicable wealth, alright."

"Nonsense. Look, although I have plenty of connections and money in the capital, this custom made piano that I got for you just so happens to be money I've made from tirelessly working at a bar and not to mention, I've even skipped school just to work. If my father was to learn about this, he would've no doubt break my legs."

Tyler stared at the woman's beautiful, adorable tender little face beside him as he made his exaggerated statement before inching his handsome face closer to her and teased, "So Jelly Bean, judging from how much effort I've put into getting this gift for you, could you give me a kiss?"

Tyler mischievously tapped his right cheek before inching it closer to her.

However, Cherie immediately pushed his face away before saying, "Oh please, save your sob story. Just look at how many pursuers you have, Tyler. They could at least encircle half the circumference of the Earth just waiting to give you a kiss so why even bother to ask me for one anyway?"

"Oh, Jelly Bean, you're too ruthless now."

After Cherie was done trying out the piano, she got up and said, "Let's go and grab some cake downstairs."

While the duo were walking downstairs, Tyler reached out to casually hug Cherie's shoulder as he took a serious look at the woman's bright red luscious lips. He noticed something new.

"Whoa, you're wearing lipstick today? Not bad, Cherie. You finally know how to put on makeup now."

Cherie scoffed before flinging his arm away from her shoulder. She said, "Stop touching me so much. You know, if my dad notices, he will beat you to a pulp."

"What's the matter with you? You won't let me kiss or hug you. Truly, you're becoming increasingly unreasonable the older you get! Am I really still your best friend?"

Tyler then reached out to pull her long hair. Cherie turned around and said, "Dammit, Tyler! How old are you right now? Why are you still pulling girl's hair?"

"I just enjoy bullying you, okay. Anyway, when I'm finally in North City University, I won't have to keep visiting you by plane anymore. You know what, let's form a band when we're both in North City University. You can be the pianist and I can be the guitarist…"

However, before Tyler could Finish, Cherie was stunned as she asked, "What did you say? You applied to North City University?"

"Yeah, what's the matter? Am I not welcomed to study in the same university as you?"

Cherie was completely baffled by his statement as she said, "Well… I actually applied to Capital City University."

Tyler was completely speechless while he stared at her. After calming down, he felt very annoyed and speechless as he said, "Didn't you tell me that both Uncle Heaton and Aunty Verian could not bear for you to be too far from them?
