In Shania's office.
Shania had finished a three hour conversation with Boyle. They had spent two full days watching every single video recording Cherie made.
The videos were about her love, the hate and her dependency on Boyle.
She even cut her wrist and cursed Boyle for abandoning her.
After watching every single video, Shania understood why Cherie's severe depression deteriorated to the extent of attempting suicide in a bathtub, and why she got schizophrenia.
The bond both Cherie and Boyle had for each other were as if they were chained to each other to the point that her condition spiralled out of control to such a serious extent.
Shania let out a long sigh as she sat on her chair. She rewatched Cherie's sucide videos again as she did a thorough analysis on Cherie's behaviors and motives.
It seemed that her case was interesting and very complicated to treat.
Although Shania had treated plenty of patients whose mental health deteriorated as a result of their relationship problems back then, she never encountered any cases that were as serious as Cherie's.
However, it seemed after the three hour long conversation she had with Boyle, it had proven the suspicions Shania had before.
Cherie was a madwoman but Boyle was not perfect either. 'Paranoia' and 'crazy man' were often used to describe Boyle.
However, Boyle did not have signs of any serious mental disorders. He was only obsessively possessive over things.
Only people as possessive as Boyle would be able to accept someone who was as serious as Cherie with her condition.
It seemed Boyle was obsessively possessive and Cherie was none other than a mental health patient.
Truly, they were a perfect match for each other.
…
In an executive meeting amongst medical personnel.
Shania opened up some Powerpoint slides as she said, "I've basically more or less understood Cherie's psychiatric disorder. We will spilt her treatment into two parts. One will be focused on treating her severe depression that she's been plagued by for so many years. The other would be treating her schizophrenia. Have you guys all seen the patient's video recordings? Does anyone have anything to say about them?"
"Chancellor Shania, I believe President Lawson has to be treated as well."
Shania was stunned as she asked, "Why? I need a valid reason."
"After watching more than a thousand video recordings of the patient and having an understanding of their relationship, I realized that their ailments tied them together. They've depended too much on each other and no normal couple would behave like this. If they don't stop, there's a possibility Cherie may have suicidal tendencies again in the future unless Cherie never parts with President Lawson."
Shania disagreed as she raised her brows and teased, "Dr. Zack, I'm not sure if you knew that they were already planning to marry each other."
