Sophie nodded slightly. "Griffin, were you working as a henchman for Mr. Elwood, just like Colby and the others?"
"Wouldn't it be better to ask him that?"
"Why did you kill Colby?"
"You put her in a difficult spot."
"Is that really the only reason?" Sophie raised an eyebrow, a hint of skepticism in her voice. "You must have some strong feelings for Ms. Elodie."
Griffin looked away, his voice barely a whisper. "She’s the kindest woman I've ever known."
"I'm not really interested in your love saga. I need you to explain why you went to such lengths to kill Colby."
"You don't know?"
Griffin scoffed. "Colby was suppressing Reeves International to clear the way for you, and you’re telling me you didn’t know?"
Sophie frowned. "When did this start?"

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
