Revenge is Best Served After Reborn (James) novel Chapter 1109

Sophie could lead him east, and he'd follow without a second thought.

"This is so frustrating!" Odie stormed upstairs, his anger radiating off him.

The drama that had been brewing fizzled out in an instant.

Sandy, now bored, curled her lip and said, "I thought we were in for the battle of the century, but it turned out to be a whole lot of nothing. I still can't figure out who's tougher—Colby or Odie!"

"Is that even a question? It's Colby, hands down!" Angelo declared, unwavering in his support.

Upstairs, a shoe suddenly came flying toward Angelo.

It smacked him right in the back of his head, making him yelp. He spun around, "Who did that?!"

There stood Odie, putting on an overly apologetic face. "I'm so sorry, Mr. Angelo. My hand slipped."

"..."

Seeing it was Odie, Angelo's anger evaporated. He chuckled awkwardly, "No worries. It's no big deal. Just be more careful next time... more careful."

As Odie walked away, Angelo shook a small fist at his back.

You're no match for Colby! Not even close! You deserve to stay stuck in Summerfield!

Angelo cursed Odie and the whole Minton family in his mind. Then, he remembered James had told him to study up on the Mintons.

He recalled some juicy gossip: Odie wasn't Jensen's biological son or grandson, just an adopted child.

This only made Angelo angrier.

Not even a real Minton, and he’s still so arrogant!
