Griffin felt like he’d been hit by a truck, completely unable to move.
Colby smirked, "Honestly, in a fair fight, I wouldn't stand a chance against you. Too bad you're not as clever as I am."
Griffin could only lie there, speechless. Colby turned to his men and ordered, "Cuff him, chain his legs, throw him in the trunk, and take him back to the city."
"Yes, boss."
The men quickly grabbed Griffin.
Meanwhile, over at the Devonport Burke Estate...
Jenna glanced at the cut on Sophie's head. "That Griffin's gone too far! He needs a good lesson."
Adler chimed in, "You won't have to worry about that. Colby’s probably beat him so bad he wouldn’t recognize his own mother!"
Elodie, who was already held captive, stayed silent. Jenna gave her a hard look. "Elodie, this must’ve been your doing. Sophie was already going easy on your people, and you still resorted to kidnapping? That’s low, even for you!"
Elodie sneered, "Done with your rant? Yeah, it was me. I’m low and shameless. What are you gonna do about it?"
Jenna’s anger flared, and she stepped forward, ready to strike, but Sophie intervened.

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
